All sweet All sweet. Rangehood lights arrived in New Zealand safely during a Covid 4 lockdown. Now installed and working perfectly. Thank you.

Bad company/bad customer service We’ve had our hood for only 3 years and the lights started flashing then would go off for several minutes then back on for several minutes. Customer service generally are not helpful and don’t seem to know their product or are willing to help. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Great service! They reached out to me because I was purchasing something incompatible with my range hood. They quickly refunded and sent me a link for correct product and quickly answered my questions. Still need to install range hood, but my experience with K STAR was great!
