GBImport duty NOT listed when it they should. DHL hold for weeks. You may find some things are a good price BUT even though it mentions import duty and it came up with zero duty when I was checking out on the item I bought for £248. I have just had to pay a further £63 for importing from Germany to the UK after multiple emails and calls to Drop and DHL who BOTH kept telling me to contact the other. It felt like I was being scammed at more than 1 point. Not just that. The messing about DHL do with regards to holding in customs like I'm trying to import a friggin giraffe or something. They've held the item for about 2 weeks so far (tbf to Drop, they shipped quick). The whole experience simply isn't worth the messing about and extra cash. I could've had a very similar product delivered same day by Amazon at the same price. Unless they have some kind of super discount on something I really want. I'll not be using them again. Oh and the item STILL hasn't arrived lol.

I went to their website and started a ticket, which led me to this amazing customer support lady named Liz. She was so helpful, she answered all of my queries and solved my problems right away. She handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend these guys.

GBYou guys are the best! My pair of Beyerdynamic DT 177X Go that I had for a year developed a rattle in the left ear cup. I contacted Drop Support and they got back to me that same day! I would like to thank both Jeanie C and Amy from the Drop Community Support team for their prompt responses and swift help! GBShoddy Customer Service and Unreliable Product Customer Service SUCKS! I am new to the hobby of building keyboards. I bought my first barebones base from Drop.com, and as soon as I built my first keyboard, I was hooked! I found another keycap set that was very colorful and wanted a colorful base. Drop had the perfect keyboard base. I couldn't wait for it to arrive. Well, it came in a ripped box, with the extra parts (cords, tools) missing as well as screws missing. I contacted customer service via email because you can't find a phone number to save your life, and they said they would replace it with a new unit. I thought, okay, excellent customer service! I returned the base, and anxiously awaited my new unit. Guess what I received?! THE SAME FREAKING UNIT I SENT THEM IN THE SAME RIPPED BOX! Sorry to yell. There were no parts or cords; they packaged up what I returned and sent it back. I sent a strongly worded email about this. The thing is, I wanted the base! But I paid for a NEW base, not one that was beaten up and missing parts! I contacted them again. Their response? "Oopsie, you can return for a refund." I said, I want the base. Will you give me an open-box discount? They responded, "You can return the base for a refund or keep it." Really? Anyway, to make a VERY long story short, think twice about ordering from Drop because they don't honor good customer service, and they like to send used pieces for the new price. I have asked to escalate the matter, which may provide a resolution. No idea. Buyer beware!

TRMy third purchase from Drop My third purchase from Drop. I had issues with customs and local post company sending my package without any notice. I had all support from customer service during the whole process. As an overseas customer I can say this was one the best customer experience I had. Thank you. Confident to continue shopping from drop.
