Email confirmed order and within a couple of days noted "shipping label created". However, the order never shipped. Sent multiple emails to their customer service but most went unanswered. Received an email stating that because my order was placed before 12/9, it would be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived. Thankfully I paid for it on Paypal so I was able to stop payment.

SCAM company! SCAM company!! I ordered hand sanitizers (order 46918) on March 24, 2020 and they immediately took $31.50 from my credit card. The order ‘supposedly’ shipped on 4/16. The Chinese tracking destination says unknown. When I contacted them in May, I said I wanted my money refunded. They said they would send a replacement or give me store credit ... what a joke. Who would EVER order anything from this company again?! I have contacted the FTC and filed a formal complaint.

I ordered the Turmeric Curcumin after… I ordered the Turmeric Curcumin after having to wait I finally received them the price was very good but I haven't had time to really judge if they do me any good or not, will do that at a later time !
