Email confirmed order and within a couple of days noted "shipping label created". However, the order never shipped. Sent multiple emails to their customer service but most went unanswered. Received an email stating that because my order was placed before 12/9, it would be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived. Thankfully I paid for it on Paypal so I was able to stop payment.

Quality It is a five star rating - because the quality is that good. You often worry about the quality of items you buy on-line. Simply because you can not touch/feel a product before you buy it. In this case the quality was excellent.

To be honest To be honest, I was surprised at the quality of the items and the speed of delivery. Transactions with other companies had lowered my expectations for such orders, but, I was quite pleased!

stay away from these scammers whatever… stay away from these scammers whatever you do...have not received anything because package is sent from city to city in china but tracking telling me its in country of destination ie, USA...their website does not tell you everything they sell is in china..misleading you to expect immediate shipping because the product is marked MADE IN THE USA and after talking with the actual maker today these people are selling counterfeit goods...!!!
