Ordered a pair of Uggs on 11/26 which… Ordered a pair of Uggs on 11/26 which for a present which was paid for, in advance. Email confirmed order and within a couple of days noted "shipping label created". However, the order never shipped. Sent multiple emails to their customer service but most went unanswered. Received an email stating that because my order was placed before 12/9, it would be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived. Thankfully I paid for it on Paypal so I was able to stop payment.
