INDear Team i have ordered on 21st August… Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. GBFancy LEDs review! Well didn’t get off for to best start, package was delayed due to a backlog, but the staff let me know exactly what was happening and were super transparent. Kept me in the loop the whole time. My order ended up being delayed 4 days, but because they communicated with me, I was okay with it. Once I got it… amazing!!!! Not much more to say about the fancy sync box, really is top notch. Really really good, no delay, good colour accuracy.

GBFancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.
