Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.

Fancy Sync Box Review Best purchase all year, the Fancy Sync Box has made such a different to watching movies with the kids, they go crazy for it. The best ambient backlighting for your TV on the market, and definitely the most affordable. No more philips! This system actually comes with the LED light strips when you buy it. Definitely recommend, can’t watch movies without it.

Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, got it all working within 30mins. The LEDs react really well, we've tested out a few of our fav Disney movies like Encanto and its perfect, beautiful and colorful. Hopefully these LEDs last longer than my previous set, but so far so good. Recommended.
