GBAVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! ⚠️ I ordered some lights from this company but realised I had made a mistake. So I messaged the company straight away to inform them. Didn’t get a reply till 2 days later saying they had already been processed. When the lights arrived I messaged again to explain I made a genuine mistake can I return the lights for a refund and was told I couldn’t return them as they don’t except change of mind returns. I explained I ordered them in error it wasn’t a change of mind but was basically told to I wasn’t getting a refund. I explained under consumer selling law if you purchased an item online you’re entitled to a refund with 14 days of purchase. I received another email still saying no refund and that them rules don’t apply because they are an American company. But this makes no difference whatsoever and the return address on the box is in reading in the uk. The lights are are unopened I just didn’t want them. But the customer service I received I was terrible. At least Govee offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is who I should have bought from. This company are just SCAMMERS so avoid at all cost if your expecting any money back.

INDear Team i have ordered on 21st August… Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. GBFancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.

GBI spent a really long time researching… I spent a really long time researching which was the best sync box to purchase on the market, I have been a long time fan of Philips hue and even had dream screen back in the day. However with my need PS5 I needed 4K 120Hz to work perfectly, my hue setup was not cutting it. When I stumbled upon Fancy LEDs on TikTok I half expected it to not even support DRM content. But man was I WRONG. This little device supports it all, from 4 K 120Hz, to Dolby atmos, to Dolby vision. The colors are accurate and adjustable, it’s the best buying decision I made this year.
