Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.

Fancy Sync Box Review Best purchase all year, the Fancy Sync Box has made such a different to watching movies with the kids, they go crazy for it. The best ambient backlighting for your TV on the market, and definitely the most affordable. No more philips! This system actually comes with the LED light strips when you buy it. Definitely recommend, can’t watch movies without it.

Online Theif… Wrote 2 revievis and many mails they are still not concerend they are just a scam please do not order anything from them. They don't even provide a refund when they don't deliver the product they are just a online theif.

Very good product, 10/10, not scam i swear The Fancy Aurora projector is the best, 10/10. You can change the intensity of the stars and so much more with the app. But, you know, you cannot change the star color; it is only green. It still looks good on some aurora colors, though. You can turn off the aurora and have the stars and vice versa. Support is beneficial and fast; it only took a day for them to respond. The first delivery steps are slow, but later, you get more updates on the package. The remote needs 2 AAA batteries, and they are not included. Took USPS about nine days to deliver it to me. Just because it's not on Amazon doesn't mean it's a scam!
