One thing I don’t like is that it seems to be causing the HDMI video feed to glitch, stutter or discolor where it wasn’t doing that before I connected the device. I’m going to try is changing out the HDMI cable.

I’m always happy to recommend companies like fancyled when it feels like they prioritize the customer!

The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.

Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, got it all working within 30mins. The LEDs react really well, we've tested out a few of our fav Disney movies like Encanto and its perfect, beautiful and colorful. Hopefully these LEDs last longer than my previous set, but so far so good. Recommended.
