Great product and customer support I bought these FancyLEDs after my Govee lights failed. The new FancyLEDs are better in almost every way. The colors are are extremely vibrant and accurate. I had the misfortune of getting a bum strip, but after a few e-mail exchanges with Will at Customer Support, my new strips arrive today. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August… Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. I bought it recently and still putting… I bought it recently and still putting it through its paces. One thing I don’t like is that it seems to be causing the HDMI video feed to glitch, stutter or discolor where it wasn’t doing that before I connected the device. I’m going to try is changing out the HDMI cable.
