INDear Team i have ordered on 21st August… Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. GBI bought it recently and still putting… I bought it recently and still putting it through its paces. One thing I don’t like is that it seems to be causing the HDMI video feed to glitch, stutter or discolor where it wasn’t doing that before I connected the device. I’m going to try is changing out the HDMI cable.

GBNeeded ambient lighting for my home and… Needed ambient lighting for my home and fancy leds was the solution. Really impressed by the brightness and how many patterns there were. GBAVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! ⚠️ I ordered some lights from this company but realised I had made a mistake. So I messaged the company straight away to inform them. Didn’t get a reply till 2 days later saying they had already been processed. When the lights arrived I messaged again to explain I made a genuine mistake can I return the lights for a refund and was told I couldn’t return them as they don’t except change of mind returns. I explained I ordered them in error it wasn’t a change of mind but was basically told to I wasn’t getting a refund. I explained under consumer selling law if you purchased an item online you’re entitled to a refund with 14 days of purchase. I received another email still saying no refund and that them rules don’t apply because they are an American company. But this makes no difference whatsoever and the return address on the box is in reading in the uk. The lights are are unopened I just didn’t want them. But the customer service I received I was terrible. At least Govee offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is who I should have bought from. This company are just SCAMMERS so avoid at all cost if your expecting any money back.

AULove them I was confused on how to setup and use the DIY buttons on remote, but after reading the insturctions now they work perfectly!!!! I love them so much. Highly reccomend the pro LEDs, when i move im going to upgrade to ultimates :)
