It’s OK, wouldn’t recommend We bought a TV light box last year, worked well with the tv, it then didn’t connect to the TV one of the lights on the box was red, we contacted them regarding this and my Boyfriend works in IT so he knew what he was doing trying to fix it. We went back and forth with people on a email , longer than I think it needed, we waited days for replies from them and it was always a different person each time so not one person was dealing with us. It got to the point where there wasn’t much more could be done and then the replies got extremely slow which to note our warranty was about to run out on it. They finally agreed to send us a new box which works and we haven’t had the issue yet of it connecting to the TV but the colours are not as good now, seems like there is always a issue with them. I then saw them come up on my TikTok so thought to write my thoughts like anyone else would to any company, I have now been blocked from their TikTok account which shows volumes of who they are as a company, won’t be recommending these lights to anyone due to to issues and how they are as people. I would save and get the more expensive if you’re looking for lights behind your TV

Fancy LEDs review! Well didn’t get off for to best start, package was delayed due to a backlog, but the staff let me know exactly what was happening and were super transparent. Kept me in the loop the whole time. My order ended up being delayed 4 days, but because they communicated with me, I was okay with it. Once I got it… amazing!!!! Not much more to say about the fancy sync box, really is top notch. Really really good, no delay, good colour accuracy.

The best ambient backlighting for your TV on the market, and definitely the most affordable. No more philips! This system actually comes with the LED light strips when you buy it. Great product and customer support I bought these FancyLEDs after my Govee lights failed. The new FancyLEDs are better in almost every way. The colors are are extremely vibrant and accurate. I had the misfortune of getting a bum strip, but after a few e-mail exchanges with Will at Customer Support, my new strips arrive today. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Looking at the website Looking at the website, it seemed that they were US based and had a long list of 5 star .. this company just sells your products and doesn’t care if you’re satisfied with the purchase. I was emailing because the light that I got were not as described.bad quality but still they don’t refund or do return.. don’t buy from this fancy led unless you want to waste your money.. very disappointed. Never again from this website. Is totally scam. The worst company to deal with if you have any issue 👎👎👎👎👎
