Looking at the website Looking at the website, it seemed that they were US based and had a long list of 5 star .. this company just sells your products and doesn’t care if you’re satisfied with the purchase. I was emailing because the light that I got were not as described.bad quality but still they don’t refund or do return.. don’t buy from this fancy led unless you want to waste your money.. very disappointed. Never again from this website. Is totally scam. The worst company to deal with if you have any issue 👎👎👎👎👎

Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, Good product, even for a tech amateur like myself, got it all working within 30mins. The LEDs react really well, we've tested out a few of our fav Disney movies like Encanto and its perfect, beautiful and colorful. Hopefully these LEDs last longer than my previous set, but so far so good. Recommended.

I’m always happy to recommend companies like fancyled when it feels like they prioritize the customer!

I purchased these LEDs to install all… I purchased these LEDs to install all throughout my home, about 10 sets. I couldn’t be happier, every groups nicely in the app, and can work individually when needed. You are able to set default colors using the scene function so we were able to choose a warm white as default for me and my husbands room then the kids got their own rainbow colors for their rooms! Overall this purchase experience has been great, any questions I’ve had have been answered swiftly. Thank you Fancy LEDs team, and I recommend that anyone should try the Ultimate leds, they’re amazing.

Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.
