GBIt’s OK, wouldn’t recommend We bought a TV light box last year, worked well with the tv, it then didn’t connect to the TV one of the lights on the box was red, we contacted them regarding this and my Boyfriend works in IT so he knew what he was doing trying to fix it. We went back and forth with people on a email , longer than I think it needed, we waited days for replies from them and it was always a different person each time so not one person was dealing with us. It got to the point where there wasn’t much more could be done and then the replies got extremely slow which to note our warranty was about to run out on it. They finally agreed to send us a new box which works and we haven’t had the issue yet of it connecting to the TV but the colours are not as good now, seems like there is always a issue with them. I then saw them come up on my TikTok so thought to write my thoughts like anyone else would to any company, I have now been blocked from their TikTok account which shows volumes of who they are as a company, won’t be recommending these lights to anyone due to to issues and how they are as people. I would save and get the more expensive if you’re looking for lights behind your TV

GBAVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! ⚠️ I ordered some lights from this company but realised I had made a mistake. So I messaged the company straight away to inform them. Didn’t get a reply till 2 days later saying they had already been processed. When the lights arrived I messaged again to explain I made a genuine mistake can I return the lights for a refund and was told I couldn’t return them as they don’t except change of mind returns. I explained I ordered them in error it wasn’t a change of mind but was basically told to I wasn’t getting a refund. I explained under consumer selling law if you purchased an item online you’re entitled to a refund with 14 days of purchase. I received another email still saying no refund and that them rules don’t apply because they are an American company. But this makes no difference whatsoever and the return address on the box is in reading in the uk. The lights are are unopened I just didn’t want them. But the customer service I received I was terrible. At least Govee offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is who I should have bought from. This company are just SCAMMERS so avoid at all cost if your expecting any money back.

GBCustomer service was great. Recommend 👍 Customer service was great! Initially I had a problem that was swiftly resolved with a replacement. The process was a breeze compared to some other companies. I’m always happy to recommend companies like fancyled when it feels like they prioritize the customer!

AULove them I was confused on how to setup and use the DIY buttons on remote, but after reading the insturctions now they work perfectly!!!! I love them so much. Highly reccomend the pro LEDs, when i move im going to upgrade to ultimates :)

GBFancy LEDs have flagged my review as… Fancy LEDs have flagged my review as being FAKE. I have sent the evidence to trust pilot. The only way I was able to obtain a replacement was by leaving a review. Still no apology for their terrible customer service. Also they only respond to positive reviews on trust pilot. I think they need to realise that an apology and good customer service goes a long way! I finally received my replacement and it works fine now. Can only use it with the PS5 though as when it’s plugged in to the tv it glitches. Will see how long they last. Still regret this overpriced purchase. Would not recommend.
