Great product and customer support I bought these FancyLEDs after my Govee lights failed. The new FancyLEDs are better in almost every way. The colors are are extremely vibrant and accurate. I had the misfortune of getting a bum strip, but after a few e-mail exchanges with Will at Customer Support, my new strips arrive today. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Online Theif… Wrote 2 revievis and many mails they are still not concerend they are just a scam please do not order anything from them. They don't even provide a refund when they don't deliver the product they are just a online theif.

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! ⚠️ I ordered some lights from this company but realised I had made a mistake. So I messaged the company straight away to inform them. Didn’t get a reply till 2 days later saying they had already been processed. When the lights arrived I messaged again to explain I made a genuine mistake can I return the lights for a refund and was told I couldn’t return them as they don’t except change of mind returns. I explained I ordered them in error it wasn’t a change of mind but was basically told to I wasn’t getting a refund. I explained under consumer selling law if you purchased an item online you’re entitled to a refund with 14 days of purchase. I received another email still saying no refund and that them rules don’t apply because they are an American company. But this makes no difference whatsoever and the return address on the box is in reading in the uk. The lights are are unopened I just didn’t want them. But the customer service I received I was terrible. At least Govee offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is who I should have bought from. This company are just SCAMMERS so avoid at all cost if your expecting any money back.

Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August… Dear Team i have ordered on 21st August 2022 till now i didn't receive and no updates regarding my order , If it cannot deliver in india then why india option is there world wide and i didn't receive refund also if can't deliver in india i am very disipointed from your response, I didn't receive not a single mail regarding my order , either refund my money or send my order , i have send so many mails not a single response. Looking at the website Looking at the website, it seemed that they were US based and had a long list of 5 star .. this company just sells your products and doesn’t care if you’re satisfied with the purchase. I was emailing because the light that I got were not as described.bad quality but still they don’t refund or do return.. don’t buy from this fancy led unless you want to waste your money.. very disappointed. Never again from this website. Is totally scam. The worst company to deal with if you have any issue 👎👎👎👎👎
