I ordered 2 bottles of 8oz cream but… I ordered 2 bottles of 8oz cream but was sent 2 bottles of 2oz. I contacted the seller and he immediately took action. He informed me the 2oz cans were sent by mistake and that they were out of the 8oz. So he sent me 6 more bottles of the 2oz which arrived in only a few days. It was a little disappointing that they were out of the 8oz but the seller made good in a prompt manner. I recommend this store.

Sent a fraudulent product!! I ordered a specific product shown available and exactly what I needed - they sent a "new and improved" formula. I started to use, but my naturopath said it's not the same at all and I should NOT be using. I asked for a refund - they lied and said the product I wanted had been discontinued. The manufacturer said that was completely false. I have been going back and forth for months and they now claim their ability to refund a customer has been discontinued. Horrible company - they are fraudulent and no one should use them!!

I have always ordered my supplements directly from Microbe Formulas and am very familiar with the packaging on all authentic product. #www.pickvitamins claimed they had my favorite sold out product specifically from Microbe formulas. Inflamacalm at $70. A bottle. I bought two. The product arrived and the packaging is completely different. The expiration date are stickers instead of stamps. Even the fake safety seals were done by hand and are completely different than products manufactured by #microbeformulas. The bottles were not sealed correctly. I took side by side photos of the real product vs the fake one that pick vitamins sent me. I am out the $160. Dollars. If try to call this company you will discover the phone number is disconnected. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Next I’ll send this fake product to a lab for testing. Curious what they would put in these bottles. The company has a zero return policy on name brand vitamins. Criminal behavior. Stay safe. Do not order from this company if you value your health.
