Sent a fraudulent product!! I ordered a specific product shown available and exactly what I needed - they sent a "new and improved" formula. I started to use, but my naturopath said it's not the same at all and I should NOT be using. I asked for a refund - they lied and said the product I wanted had been discontinued. The manufacturer said that was completely false. I have been going back and forth for months and they now claim their ability to refund a customer has been discontinued. Horrible company - they are fraudulent and no one should use them!!

In browsing the reviews here In browsing the reviews here, a lot of them seem to be spam reviews the way they're written, although I did happen across a few that seemed legit. You can add mine to that group. I was looking all over online for an herbal supplement and couldn't find it anywhere. PickVitamin seemed to have it, so I ordered one bottle of it. Not long after my order went through, I got an email from them telling me it was discontinued by the manufacturer. They offered to send me a substitute product featuring the same ingredients with an extra bottle for free. I took them up on it since it's very hard to find this product. I soon received an email letting me know the order had been processed and I received a tracking number. My order arrived quicker than I'd expected. Overall I'm very satisfied. I will order from them again.
