No too happy I was very happy that I received the battery in such a timely manner, however the battery did not hold a charge as expected. I did call customer service and they are sending a replacement but overall not satisfied with the hassle. I was surprised to see that the product is not packaged to prevent electro static shock and it was not the traditional Motorola packaging that would indicate it being a new battery...it has left me feeling very skeptical as to the quality of what they are selling. They are sending a replacement and I will remain hopeful that I receive a quality product.

Your price stunk. I later found the same LG battery for $15.00 and a generic replacement for $10.00 on another website. You better believe I don't want to get any more mail from you and I doubt I'll. Buy anything else from you.
