friendly customer service I ordered 2 batterries & was sent one wrong battery. I called customer service & left a message on a Saturday, they retuned my call on Minday , I had the corrected battery by Wednesday with a return envelope for the mistake battery. Problem was VERY well taken care of! THANKS!

Used battery? For some reason I thought a new battery would let me make more than 3 or 4 calls a day, I was mistaken. I have checked the apps running in the background, even with everything off, the battery will not hold a charge all day without any use. The 2 1/2 year old battery that was replaced would only last for one or two calls before going dead, the new battery has almost double the capacity, (sarcasm), but I did expect more.

Confusing Product Descriptions/Pricing I placed 2 orders due to confusing descriptions and pricing. The order I got was for what I understood to be 2 packs of 5 batteries each and I got 2 batteries total with price stickers one dollar less that I paid for the items on the web site. The second order was for 2 more of the the same batteries and then 5 of a different size so I ordered 5 of these and got 5 packages of 5 batteries each. I guess on the plus side I will be fixed for these for a while.
