Used battery? For some reason I thought a new battery would let me make more than 3 or 4 calls a day, I was mistaken. I have checked the apps running in the background, even with everything off, the battery will not hold a charge all day without any use. The 2 1/2 year old battery that was replaced would only last for one or two calls before going dead, the new battery has almost double the capacity, (sarcasm), but I did expect more.

I got my batteries for my camera!!! This time I ordered 4 of these batteries because I was afraid they might discontinue them. I hope they don't because stores do not stock them.

Outstanding service. Ordered a replacement battery for my cell phone. Replacement did not allow me to use the protective cover. After trying unsuccessfully to find a protective cover that would work w/the new battery, I was able to return the replacement and got one that did work. No hassle, extremely helpful. A pleasure to buy from.

Excellent quality, not used or third world quality I saw cell phone batteries on the internet for as low as $5, but was skeptical as you get what you pay for. But Batteries4less provides a new top quality battery for way less than what I would have paid if I would have bought it at a Verizon store.

No too happy I was very happy that I received the battery in such a timely manner, however the battery did not hold a charge as expected. I did call customer service and they are sending a replacement but overall not satisfied with the hassle. I was surprised to see that the product is not packaged to prevent electro static shock and it was not the traditional Motorola packaging that would indicate it being a new battery...it has left me feeling very skeptical as to the quality of what they are selling. They are sending a replacement and I will remain hopeful that I receive a quality product.
