GBSCAM! I signed up for this a year ago, and was not happy with the service (it felt deceptive), so I cancelled. A year later (this week) I was charged another $70 for an “annual subscription.” I emailed the customer service folks and was told that “transparency was important” to them, and that they cannot refund me my money for a service I cancelled and do not use. Buyer beware! This place is a scam!

GBDisgraceful Company I bought a one month plan for £12, but wthat became £17 without my knowledge until after payment and they put me on a recurring plan. I only found this out by being suspicious and checking My Subscription. Quite disgraceful. The Live Chat said “all our plans are recurring” then they should say that. I said I would be referring them toTrading Standards and writing to TrustPilot. They promised to refund my subscription. Will come back here to repot on progress.

GBCanceled back in May Canceled back in May, called left message and canceled through the app. Found out they continued to charge me. Never received 3 month agreement. Horrible customer service. Tried for first couple of months, lost no weight. Hoping this would work but it did not.

GBEATIVE unauthorized took $99.90 from me The rage I am experiencing from EATIVE is awful. Yesterday my checking account was charged 99.90. WHY! I don't have a subscription to EATIVE. No customer service, either.

GBWas not impressed with the diet… Was not impressed with the diet program. You can get everything the app offers free online. Company attempted to automatically renew another subscription without authorization. I tried to resolve the issue with Keto Eative team to credit charge back to my America Express card with no success. Unfortunately I will need to take further measures to resolve the unauthorized charge. Be careful and check your credit card/banking statements daily!! It’s so unfortunate companies feel they can fraudulently charge credit cards and attempt to run a business.
