GBAuto renew without any notification Companies like these should not exist and the customer support should be ashamed of calling themselves "support". I was charged £33 without any kind of notification. There is no phone support, or at least the company has made it impossible to find one. I contacted them from my phone app and asked them to cancel the membership. they pointed me to the desktop version and then kicked off from the chat. I can't login anymore either to phone app or desktop app. I will be instructing bank to not process any further payments. Just adds unnecessary stress to otherwise a good day.

GBEATIVE unauthorized took $99.90 from me The rage I am experiencing from EATIVE is awful. Yesterday my checking account was charged 99.90. WHY! I don't have a subscription to EATIVE. No customer service, either.

GBFalse charge As with other reviews I was charged 99 for a service I have not signed you for. I have never even heard of them and have bo notice this charge was coming. I feel very violated especially having looked this up says an app made by women for women. As if women aren't already taken advantage of.

GBDisgraceful Company I bought a one month plan for £12, but wthat became £17 without my knowledge until after payment and they put me on a recurring plan. I only found this out by being suspicious and checking My Subscription. Quite disgraceful. The Live Chat said “all our plans are recurring” then they should say that. I said I would be referring them toTrading Standards and writing to TrustPilot. They promised to refund my subscription. Will come back here to repot on progress.

GBCanceled back in May Canceled back in May, called left message and canceled through the app. Found out they continued to charge me. Never received 3 month agreement. Horrible customer service. Tried for first couple of months, lost no weight. Hoping this would work but it did not.
