GBQuick and Easy Cancellation of Subscription Wanted to cancel my subscription; not because there was anything wrong with the plan, but due to my lack of commitment to following it. Entered into chat, via the webpage and the plan was cancelled there and then by a helpful customer service rep.

GBThis journey has been a successful one! This journey has been a successful one for me and I would recommend this eating plan to anyone. It worked far better than I had expected. I am struggling to follow it at the moment as I am getting a new kitchen installed and have no proper cooking facilities but just as soon as kitchen is finished I will be back following menus. Doing my best under the circumstances to stick to Keto though.

GBRequested a refund for an auto renewal Requested a refund for an auto renewal, I cancelled the renewal on the same day it arrived but they declined to refund and so I have escalated to my bank. some of the products they recommend are difficult to source and because of this its impractical. I'd expect a genuinely reputable company to refund if a service was cancelled at the inception and if you explained that the renewal was not wanted - draw your own conclusion from this response from the "Customer Success Team : "We want to confirm that: Your subscription has been canceled, so there will be no additional charges and you will not be billed again. As your subscription had already been renewed, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund at this time. You can reactivate your Eative account anytime, we’d be very happy to help you enhance your healthy lifestyle! If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us! GBAuto renew without any notification Companies like these should not exist and the customer support should be ashamed of calling themselves "support". I was charged £33 without any kind of notification. There is no phone support, or at least the company has made it impossible to find one. I contacted them from my phone app and asked them to cancel the membership. they pointed me to the desktop version and then kicked off from the chat. I can't login anymore either to phone app or desktop app. I will be instructing bank to not process any further payments. Just adds unnecessary stress to otherwise a good day.

USNot Honorable This company was Ketobody and is now called Eative. Have tried to cancel a renewal subscription on the very day it was posted - and requested a refund - and my request was refused although no service was ever received! I should also share that I have been charged $69.00 and I had never used Ketobody let alone Eative. They updated their policy on the very day I challenged them. Big and costly mistake. Steer clear. Not honorable. Be careful.
