SCAM! Ordered our elliptical & charged to paypal credit. Nobody at the company could ever give us a tracking # or shipping date. Website is now down.

An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered a Treadmill from CardioSales on 12-06-14 as a Christmas gift to my wife. After a lot of excuses from Alex Stanley the treadmill finally arrived on 1-09-15. Cardio Sales offered a discount which I did not receive until the end of February almost three months after they offered the discount. Once the treadmill finally arrived the touch screen did not work. Well Cardio Sales has a warranty on their products. I advised them of the problem 1-10-15. They continue to tell me that I should be getting a service call everyday but nothing has happened for over two months now. Buyer beware, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

No Delivery After 7 Weeks, Terrible Customer Service I was impressed with the prices on the Cardio Sales website and ended up purchasing a $2500 elliptical. First, the machine they had was broken. Then, it went to another customer. These two things wouldn't have been terrible if it hadn't been for the total lack of customer service. The salesperson, Alex, never replied to ANY of my emails or phone calls. I had chase him down, only to get one of his many excuses immediatley followed by empty promises. On one occassion, I called several times to no avail. I had an idea to call from my fiances phone number. Of course he picked up, which confirmed that he had been dodging me. Today, after almost 7 weeks, I called the customer service line only to be hung up on. Since Alex had refused to refund my money, I am going through my bank to dispute the charge. All of this is happening right before my wedding, like I needed the added stress. Thanks CardioSales@ Save yourself weeks of frustration and shop somewhere else.

Fraudulent Website Purchased a treadmill and received a used and broken treadmill. I was told that it originally shipped to another customer. Now the website is down and the phone numbers are no longer in service. I've been dealing with Alex for almost 5 months now trying to get working treadmill. This must be a fraudulent company. I'm disputing with PayPal but they will only continue the dispute if more people submit complaints about this company. Please submit complaints to PayPal if you've had problems with this company even if you didn't purchase through PayPal.

Alex Goncharov ripped me off. (Cardio Sales & Eon Fitness) His name is Alex S. Goncharov (Not Alex Stanley) This guy burned me for over 3k and all he does is lie to people. He uses different company names. Eon Fitness & Cardio Sales (so far) I'm sure the pressure got on him so he shut the site down. Soon probably opening a new company under another name and running the same scam. Don't do business with him. He is a one man show
