Rip off My credit card was billed and no product ever arrived.

Dreadful Customer Service - Disappointed I was eager to order Transmax from Biotivia as it had a lot of good reviews and came heavily recommended. But a few days after I received my order, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock. I immediately emailed the company to find out when new stock would come and told them that if it took too long I would like a refund. I was eventually told that the product was available and that they would ship it to me. Nothing has been done. On the system, my order is still cancelled. I've emailed the company several times regarding this and have received no answer. My order cost £70. It is very expensive, especially have I live in Europe and the item is shipped from the US. This is ridiculous and doesn't encourage me to make further order with this company. Instead next time, I might as well order from Amazon or another third party. At least that way, I'll be sure to get my item. Really disappointed. My order was two weeks ago. I still can't tell if the product is out of stock or has been shipped. I suspect that they truly are out of stock and are scrambling to get new stocks but instead of saying the truth to me (which would mean that they would need to refund me), they've simply decided to not reply to my emails. I'm disgusted. No reputable company would do something like that.

Use Transmax if you want to gain weight!! Used Transmax for 2 months and gained like 20 pds!!! Did not make me feel any better.

Disgraceful- Buyers beware..!!! Never received products despite Biotivia taking my money. Didn't respond to emails or telephone calls. Disgusting company.
