I live in Australia and have had to ask my friend who lives in Florida to contact them on my behalf, it has been the same for her, no response to phone calls or emails…AT ALL

AEUnreliable company I had purchased 2 bottles of Biotivia TransmexTR. The packaging of the products I received were different from their website. Sent them 2 emails and try to call the number on their website. No reply to both emails and phone calls. The products are expensive and I am hesitate to take them. This company seems to be unreliable. Make me doubt the authenticity of their products.

ITA very long time to receive the products I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems. Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros. With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.
