Still waiting for delivery Part of my recurrent order of 13. Oct 2016 (3x 60caps BioSpan) has not been delivered as of today 10. Nov 2016.

A very long time to receive the products I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems. Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros. With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.

Difficult to communicate with I love the products but find the company difficult to communicate with. Calls are not responded to. That doesn't work well in today's market.

Disgraceful- Buyers beware..!!! Never received products despite Biotivia taking my money. Didn't respond to emails or telephone calls. Disgusting company.
