GBBeen trying to cancel this subscription… Been trying to cancel this subscription for supplements for approx 6 months. Nobody from the company will return phone call or return emails regarding cancellation process!

AUThere has been zero response to my… There has been zero response to my emails with regard to product enquiry and to cancel a subscription. I live in Australia and have had to ask my friend who lives in Florida to contact them on my behalf, it has been the same for her, no response to phone calls or emails…AT ALL

ITA very long time to receive the products I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems. Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros. With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.
