Confused I never purchase your products. Don't send the email to me

Unreliable company I had purchased 2 bottles of Biotivia TransmexTR. The packaging of the products I received were different from their website. Sent them 2 emails and try to call the number on their website. No reply to both emails and phone calls. The products are expensive and I am hesitate to take them. This company seems to be unreliable. Make me doubt the authenticity of their products.

No Follow up on use of MitoTrans. I called Biotivia before ordering mostly to ask questions about the delivery. I was curious why the shipping was $47. I was told it was temperature sensitive. I go the impression I was was going to be an early adopter of a new product offering in 2014 of NAD+ sold as MitoTrans. I ordered 2 months months supply for a total of $1000. Not a cheap price for me but I wanted to try it. I Did receive the package promptly. It came in a foam box with ice pack. The printed material that came with the order was very unprofessional and unimpressive. It looked like research notes. I followed the directions for using it and It didn't work. I didn't feel any better. I then Found the same product sold by other vendors for less than 50 dollars without the fancy packaging. I felt duped. No one at Biotivia ever asked me for customer feed back.

Feedback I like your products, especially the Resveratrol, I stopped buying because the price increase or the lack of offers related to my favourite products, plus I found your site too commercial nowadays Thanks
