Dodge Uvyio. Poor quality products and despicable customer service. The Uvyio case for my iPhone X deteriorated in less than a month. Very poor quality! I sent several e-mails to Uvyio and tried to contact them on facebook. No success and no response to my e-mails. When I left them a feedback on their facebook page, they deleted my post. This is the dodgiest company you can find online with poor quality products, lack of durability and despicable customer service. STAY AWAY. These people will take your money and if you are lucky to receive your purchase it will surely not last. Terrible customer service Their customer service team was completely unhelpful and combative. They took no responsibility to aided me in finding what happened to my package when it wasn't delivered. They did not notify me when it was returned to them. Then when USPS failed to deliver the package they told me I was responsible for the shipping charge.

Great Customer Service I bought a Ghostek Cloak phone casing that came with a free screen protector. The casing was fabulous but the screen protector was incomplete, hence just out of curiosity I emailed to clarify. Guess what? I got a screen protector especially sent to me. I am very glad that they have such fantastic service!

Ghostek Customer service My review is more focused on Ghostek's customer service. I received a replacement case and screen protector with no fuss whatsoever. The product itself is good for the money ($20). Not the best of course, but I can't complain. Worth it though for the quality of their customer relations!

Horrible Customer Service I ordered a phone case from this company and they failed to make it evident that this case was not available or in stock. I waited for about a week and a half with no case and no tracking for the shipment. I emailed the company (because there is no phone contact I could easily find) and the representative was not helpful or kind in any way. The phone was not even packaged for shipment until I called, and because of the long delay I had them refund the money and bought the case for a better price from another company. Do not mess with this company!
