PTIphone never worked - locked to SPRINT... I acquired an iphone SE as "unlocked new" and It never worked. Upon calling SPRINT, I found out the previous owner has an outstanding balance of $1500, and that because of that I cannot unlock the phone. They gave me a few phone numbers to reach, 6304306103, 6308860208 and 6309262210 but obviously never got a reply. N1 wireless largely ignored my reimbursement requests, and I am stuck with a phone that cannot take a sim card. Shady, to borderline dishonest to say the least. Bad business, worse if they are dealing stolen phones or uncollected contracts as "new unlocked".

GBVery satisfied I have bought two phones and have been very satisfied with both. At first I was skeptical about some of the reviews and the competitive price. Choosing this retailer turned out to be a great decision. The items are trustworthy, original phones that come with the bonus of excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

GBSCAM SCAM, buyers be aware! I purchased a phone from N1 Wireless Inc about two weeks now for my husband, haven't received tracking number from them. I contacted them by email and still nothing. I sent a request few days requesting cancellation of order, they ignored my email and you can't reach them by phone. I will be contacting my credit card company in a minute. These people are not legit, don't waste your time nor money.

GBBUYER BEWARE! Although the phone and accesories (charging pad, rugged case) arrived sooner than expected, the phone CANNOT be activated since it is on the LOST or STOLEN list, according to both Verizon reps I spoke to. One rep in person at the corporate Verizon store where I went to get the Nano SIM to activate and again with another rep on the phone as a double check, both confirmed it was on the LOST or STOLEN list!!! I will comment back when (and if) it gets resolved. BUYER BEWARE!
