BUYER BEWARE! Although the phone and accesories (charging pad, rugged case) arrived sooner than expected, the phone CANNOT be activated since it is on the LOST or STOLEN list, according to both Verizon reps I spoke to. One rep in person at the corporate Verizon store where I went to get the Nano SIM to activate and again with another rep on the phone as a double check, both confirmed it was on the LOST or STOLEN list!!! I will comment back when (and if) it gets resolved. BUYER BEWARE!

Overall have to say the company is awesome at getting back to you seeing if your product was defective and issuing a refund, well I can appreciate that a lot so 3 stars for effort and concern!! A Happy Purchaser of Samsung S9+.... About a month ago, I purchased a Samsung S9+ in the lilac color for myself. Was very pleasantly surprised by its initial appearance, which was completely clear of scratches. One corner had the sign of having been dropped, as it was missing some color and was very slightly crushed. However, this was so small that even a clear case made the damage almost impossible to see. One month later, and the S9+ still seems to have zero operational issues. Importantly, the battery takes and holds a charge extremely well. Now, I.m really considering buying an S10 which I will probably give my husband....:)) He is a photography nut, and even tho the S9+ is superb (for me) , I understand the S10 is better, Hopefully, these will be the last phones for us before 5G becomes really widespread and not buggy.

“They came through surprisingly” I gotta say I was actually surprised based on all the negative reviews i read, I was nervous and preparing for disappointment but they came through. The “Open Box” phone was just that, except for a few minor imperfections. It accepted my Carrier with no problems, I guess I got lucky.😆
