GBDo not expect fast responses from them Do not expect fast responses from them, it takes days or even a week. I have made 2 orders, and items take a long time to ship, they commonly respond that the product is back ordered. I did receive all my items including a Note8 (refurbish) was in perfect condition and totally unlocked as advertised. Despite this 3 star review if I was to need another phone I would very likely order from them again.

GBVery satisfied I have bought two phones and have been very satisfied with both. At first I was skeptical about some of the reviews and the competitive price. Choosing this retailer turned out to be a great decision. The items are trustworthy, original phones that come with the bonus of excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

GBBUYER BEWARE! Although the phone and accesories (charging pad, rugged case) arrived sooner than expected, the phone CANNOT be activated since it is on the LOST or STOLEN list, according to both Verizon reps I spoke to. One rep in person at the corporate Verizon store where I went to get the Nano SIM to activate and again with another rep on the phone as a double check, both confirmed it was on the LOST or STOLEN list!!! I will comment back when (and if) it gets resolved. BUYER BEWARE!

GBThis company is horrible This company is horrible, ordered thr Beats X headphones from them in gray. Purchased the expedited shipping. Recieved my order 9 days after it was posted shipped, wrong color, headphones are used, one side doesn't work, no box, no package of extra tips, non functional non OEM carge cable included...what a joke. Dont waste your time...they sell garbage crossing my fingers I can at least get a replacement.

GBI purchased the Beats Studio3... I purchased the Beats Studio3 headphones in gray. The purchase went through. Later I received an email from N1 Wireless stating that they did not have the gray but could send the porcelain rose. I accidentally hit the Accept Offer button and immediately sent an email to customer support. However, I did receive an email the next day with a copy of my order. Nothing was mentioned about me making an error and that I’m willing to wait for the gray of black. Three days later, I still have not heard back from customer support regarding my frustration and desire to wait for the gray. I did receive the porcelain rose color, and I love the Beats!
