Overall have to say the company is awesome at getting back to you seeing if your product was defective and issuing a refund, well I can appreciate that a lot so 3 stars for effort and concern!! I purchased an open box iPhone 6S plus I purchased an open box iPhone 6S plus. The phone came within a couple of days and looked brand new even though it was not in Apple packaging. The only problem I ran into was that the battery health indicator said it could hold only an 84% charge. I called customer service and they readily agreed to send me money for a new battery, which was $30.

Do not expect fast responses from them Do not expect fast responses from them, it takes days or even a week. I have made 2 orders, and items take a long time to ship, they commonly respond that the product is back ordered. I did receive all my items including a Note8 (refurbish) was in perfect condition and totally unlocked as advertised. Despite this 3 star review if I was to need another phone I would very likely order from them again.

“They came through surprisingly” I gotta say I was actually surprised based on all the negative reviews i read, I was nervous and preparing for disappointment but they came through. The “Open Box” phone was just that, except for a few minor imperfections. It accepted my Carrier with no problems, I guess I got lucky.😆

This company is horrible This company is horrible, ordered thr Beats X headphones from them in gray. Purchased the expedited shipping. Recieved my order 9 days after it was posted shipped, wrong color, headphones are used, one side doesn't work, no box, no package of extra tips, non functional non OEM carge cable included...what a joke. Dont waste your time...they sell garbage crossing my fingers I can at least get a replacement.
