I purchased the Beats Studio3... I purchased the Beats Studio3 headphones in gray. The purchase went through. Later I received an email from N1 Wireless stating that they did not have the gray but could send the porcelain rose. I accidentally hit the Accept Offer button and immediately sent an email to customer support. However, I did receive an email the next day with a copy of my order. Nothing was mentioned about me making an error and that I’m willing to wait for the gray of black. Three days later, I still have not heard back from customer support regarding my frustration and desire to wait for the gray. I did receive the porcelain rose color, and I love the Beats!

This company is horrible This company is horrible, ordered thr Beats X headphones from them in gray. Purchased the expedited shipping. Recieved my order 9 days after it was posted shipped, wrong color, headphones are used, one side doesn't work, no box, no package of extra tips, non functional non OEM carge cable included...what a joke. Dont waste your time...they sell garbage crossing my fingers I can at least get a replacement.

RIP OFF REPORT. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I placed an order on June 8. Paid for expedited shipping. NEVER RECEIVED Cannot speak with anyone and have created 3 tickets on their website with no response. Sent message through Amazon as well with no response. One of their phone numbers is disconnected and the other one just hangs up on you no matter what extension you choose. So if you like throwing money away order from this place!

Iphone never worked - locked to SPRINT... I acquired an iphone SE as "unlocked new" and It never worked. Upon calling SPRINT, I found out the previous owner has an outstanding balance of $1500, and that because of that I cannot unlock the phone. They gave me a few phone numbers to reach, 6304306103, 6308860208 and 6309262210 but obviously never got a reply. N1 wireless largely ignored my reimbursement requests, and I am stuck with a phone that cannot take a sim card. Shady, to borderline dishonest to say the least. Bad business, worse if they are dealing stolen phones or uncollected contracts as "new unlocked".

A Happy Purchaser of Samsung S9+.... About a month ago, I purchased a Samsung S9+ in the lilac color for myself. Was very pleasantly surprised by its initial appearance, which was completely clear of scratches. One corner had the sign of having been dropped, as it was missing some color and was very slightly crushed. However, this was so small that even a clear case made the damage almost impossible to see. One month later, and the S9+ still seems to have zero operational issues. Importantly, the battery takes and holds a charge extremely well. Now, I.m really considering buying an S10 which I will probably give my husband....:)) He is a photography nut, and even tho the S9+ is superb (for me) , I understand the S10 is better, Hopefully, these will be the last phones for us before 5G becomes really widespread and not buggy.
