Albert from N1 called me directly to confirm my order and answer all my questions. I just had a support issue regarding phone, and got a quick detailed answer which solved my problem. BUYER BEWARE! Although the phone and accesories (charging pad, rugged case) arrived sooner than expected, the phone CANNOT be activated since it is on the LOST or STOLEN list, according to both Verizon reps I spoke to. One rep in person at the corporate Verizon store where I went to get the Nano SIM to activate and again with another rep on the phone as a double check, both confirmed it was on the LOST or STOLEN list!!! I will comment back when (and if) it gets resolved. BUYER BEWARE!
