SCAM SCAM, buyers be aware! I purchased a phone from N1 Wireless Inc about two weeks now for my husband, haven't received tracking number from them. I contacted them by email and still nothing. I sent a request few days requesting cancellation of order, they ignored my email and you can't reach them by phone. I will be contacting my credit card company in a minute. These people are not legit, don't waste your time nor money.

This company is a fraudulent business. This company is a fraudulent business. Bought IPhone 8 unlocked, they guaranteed it was brand new, not used. Once received, the phone did not work, no matter my location, no one could hear me talking. Two issues: 1. Wireless N1 lies, phone was previously owned by American Airlines 2. Refused to let me return the phone, numerous, numerous phone calls were never answered. Called every number listed, no answer. Liars and fraudulent

Overall have to say the company is awesome at getting back to you seeing if your product was defective and issuing a refund, well I can appreciate that a lot so 3 stars for effort and concern!! I ordered an unlocked Samsung phone… I ordered an unlocked Samsung phone from N1 Wireless for my niece for Christmas and it came as advertised! She was very pleased with the purchase and I was please that the package arrive before Christmas. Seems like I made the right choice.

“They came through surprisingly” I gotta say I was actually surprised based on all the negative reviews i read, I was nervous and preparing for disappointment but they came through. The “Open Box” phone was just that, except for a few minor imperfections. It accepted my Carrier with no problems, I guess I got lucky.😆
