Never delivered order, never replied to my follow-up I ordered a product on 10 December 2021 (order GU20978-HT). It was not delivered and I received no updates regarding delivery timeframes. I emailed on 29 January 2022 and 2 February 2022 to follow up and received no reply. Do your own research, but based on my experience, I would not trust this company to deliver what you pay for or to respond when you follow up.

The concept of a personal alarm is…Not Loud Enough The concept of a personal alarm is great, but I was disappointed with the level of sound made by the Hootie. The sound level may be enough to attract attention of someone nearby, but it is not so annoying as to scare off an assailant.

Much too quiet I ordered the hootie as a protection for my daughter. However, its useless. Its very quiet and does not cause enough noise to get noticed. A car alarm is much noisier. I contacted hootie to return item but they never replied to my request. Dont buy.
