GBRead Labels Read Labels! I trusted this company until I started reading labels. They do not make sense. It's questionable: what is the amount per serving and mg. After trying to contact the company by phone many times I gave up. Nobody picks up a phone in the company you should supposedly trust with your health. After giving up on calling, I requested a return through their site online. They replied by email that the customer is responsible for mailing and it's going to be a partial refund if the box is opened. Isn't it obvious that the product can be determined to be unusable after being opened? Money grabbing company and unethical in doing business. I do not trust putting their 'stuff' in my body.

NZNervous, but very happy I was very nervous ordering from B.S. after reading all these negative reviews. But they shipped to the far side of the planet and it only took a week and everything's arrived now. I ordered six different products and I am happy with the state of all of it. Please to give them a shot. I will likely buy from them again and order even more when I need to restock.

GBI have been ordering their protein in… I have been ordering their protein in the packs of 1 kiligram for a few months. From the package, I thought this was the product of USA. This time I ordered 20 kilograms a time. They sent me a big bag of protein showing "For Food Processing- Country of Origin: China" I requested the return. At first, they declined it. I messaged them, they approved the return but asked me to pay the shipping. The point is that they sell the products of China, but they just repackge it to cheat customers. If they state on the website the food source is from China, customers can make their own choices, but not have no choices just being cheated.

GBTerrible customer service Sent me a reminder to review my upcoming subscription deleivery. I clicked on the link and skipped the delivery within a few minutes of them sending me the reminder. I still hadn’t even yet opened my last package. Got charged for it anyways. Was told i never skipped which is not true. Then told I’d have to do all the work to fix their mistake. Never again will you get any of my money. Terrible customer service
