COThree months and still haven't received… Three months and still haven't received my shipping. Worst customer service ever. Don't bother and do not give them any money.

GBWhat a horrible experience What a horrible experience. I placed an order with this company and after 3 weeks the package still hasn't arrived. They tell me I need to wait more time to receive a refund even though the tracking number hasn't shown any movement for over a week. Do not place an order directly on their website. They'll scam you and keep your money. Always go through amazon

CAordered what was supposed to be pure… ordered what was supposed to be pure monk fruit. received order it has maltodextrin in it. plus its brown and smells burnt totally unusable have sent an email so far no word back

NLGet scammed Placed an order and read the term of free shipping. Orders above €75 would be free. When the product arrived i had to pay an additional €17! When i confronted them about this i was kinda shown the door. Dont order here!

GBNot additive free I've been ordering from this company for years happily but all of a sudden everything I order has extra dextrin, maltodextrin, or lecithin added to it. I'm pretty pissed, honestly. So much for "pure, raw, additive free."
