i received a part which didn’t fit the… i received a part which didn’t fit the appliance i had put in the model # and then upon emailing them was told to follow this link and apparently i have to rate them before i return the product? so am confused at this point.

Abysmal Return Policy First, there is no available phone number to contact this firm. Only communications is via an unmonitored email site. Second, the returen policy is totally customer unfriendly! The only acceptable returns are those which were never opened or apparently tried to see if the evne fit the unit they are supposed to repair. It's all on the customer to determine whether the part is correct and working properly. Don't ever use this firm if same part is available especially so if it's available on Amazon who has a much better and customer friendly set of return policies. Oh, and buy the way there are multiple methoda for contacting and communicating with Amazon.

Refrigerator dispenser light came early… I ordered two light bulbs for my refrigerator dispenser because I could not find them anywhere else. They came and worked great. They even came one day before expected delivery.

Empty promises, no service This company was paid to fix two of our washing machines. One was done on our premises and the other they had to take back to their offices. When I got it back there was still a problem. They came to collect the washing machine (Begin Desember 2023) and said they'll fixed it on there own cost as it was not my error. I am still waiting for my machine (10 April 2024). You can't get hold of anyone. Leave whatsapp messages, e-mails, phone calls. No response only empty promises in the past. Do not use this company.
