Won't give a return authorization number Ordered a side rail for a crisper drawer for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Order was confirmed for 2 side rails. Parts came fairly promptly but were labeled as center rails. Turns out there is no side rail, the entire frame has to be replaced, which is not their fault. Contacted them about a return, completed the return authorization request form and they have been silent, despite me reaching out via their website three times. No unauthorized returns will be refunded and there is a 30 day limit after which no refund will be given. Do not buy anything from this company

i received a part which didn’t fit the… i received a part which didn’t fit the appliance i had put in the model # and then upon emailing them was told to follow this link and apparently i have to rate them before i return the product? so am confused at this point.

Part ordered shipped fast and solved problem ordered a control board for a GE dishwasher. Appliance Parts 365 had the best price, reasonable shipping charge and shipped fast. Part delivered was genuine OEM and did the job. Very satisfied.

The worst appliance parts store anywhere I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back. And Applicance Parts 365, if you are reviewing this, you can check order #1332577 and send my money back if you want me to stop posting everywhere.
