Empty promises, no service This company was paid to fix two of our washing machines. One was done on our premises and the other they had to take back to their offices. When I got it back there was still a problem. They came to collect the washing machine (Begin Desember 2023) and said they'll fixed it on there own cost as it was not my error. I am still waiting for my machine (10 April 2024). You can't get hold of anyone. Leave whatsapp messages, e-mails, phone calls. No response only empty promises in the past. Do not use this company.

Informative website and swift delivery The replacement dishwasher rack was exactly what I wanted and it fit perfect. Delivery was timely and the website was very informational. Helped me determine things like "do i need a silverware rack". Will use this site again for sure

Worked for me They have an army of people calling them a scam, so I was a bit hesitant but I took a chance on them since they were one of the only ones who had the part I needed. I got the part yesterday which was sooner than they originally said. It works perfectly. They didn't email any shipping info or updates, though. So, they should work on that. But, I certainly wasn't scammed.

Read negative reviews with a grain of salt I had read some reviews on line that weren't very complimentary. Based on my experience, I got exactly what I ordered, my order was filled immediately, the mailing method I chose was spot on and my product arrived as advertised and quicker than I had anticipated. My experience was TOP NOTCH!
