i received a part which didn’t fit the… i received a part which didn’t fit the appliance i had put in the model # and then upon emailing them was told to follow this link and apparently i have to rate them before i return the product? so am confused at this point.

Read negative reviews with a grain of salt I had read some reviews on line that weren't very complimentary. Based on my experience, I got exactly what I ordered, my order was filled immediately, the mailing method I chose was spot on and my product arrived as advertised and quicker than I had anticipated. My experience was TOP NOTCH!

Very happy customer Oven element died in an explosive display so we replaced it. Oven would not heat up. Thanks to the guidance from applianceparts365, we replaced the control panel. The part was easy to find and checkout was simple. Shipping was much quicker than expected. Great prices!

Worked for me They have an army of people calling them a scam, so I was a bit hesitant but I took a chance on them since they were one of the only ones who had the part I needed. I got the part yesterday which was sooner than they originally said. It works perfectly. They didn't email any shipping info or updates, though. So, they should work on that. But, I certainly wasn't scammed.
