They advertise nice looking photos and videos of the product, but the product itself looks completely different than on their site. Not to mention the fact that I contacted customer service, who took an entire WEEK to respond. Once they did, they offered me a refund if I paid for return shipping back to China. Fine. But after I took an extra day to inquire about the quality of the case, giving them the benefit of the doubt and asking if the case they sent me was perhaps an accident (trust me, it looked really bad) - their customer service agent told me they can no longer give me a refund because the case was shipped too long ago. Let me repeat, they took a WEEK to respond! Do not order from this website.

Excellent customer service Great service, a bit slow on the delivery but that's to be expected with international shipping. Had a minor discrepancy with my initial order and got sent the wrong items. Batty was the person who helped me sort it out and did so very quickly. Will recommend this site to my friends 👌

Problem with one of the items purchased, customer support was amazing! I recently ordered both a Glow case for my Samsung S9+ and a screen protector. While I was super happy with the Case, the protector was faulty and wouldn't stick to the phone. Customer support was amazing, they answered fast (within 2 days at most for any e-mail) and the matter got resolved within a week, with them offering me either a replacement or refund. I chose refund, and it the money was transferred to me within the hour. Will be buying from them again!

Case came well packaged however the… Case came well packaged however the back is pretty slippery and very prone to scratches and cracking, the part that plugs into your phone can easily break and will probably only last 2-6 months. It does protect the phone but you end up worrying about protecting the case which defeats the purpose

Got 2 glow cases Got 2 glow cases, am pretty impressed. Actual picture quality was shockingly nice and vibrant, pretty much HD. The led lights work considerably well, too; and for the price, they have a decent range of music they can sync up to. Shipping took a bit, but other than that would definitely recommend.
