Amazing cases, unfortunate business decisions I love these cases they are durable, shock absorbent and the tempered glass back has protected from many a falls. Because the design of the back is wider than your phone it takes the brute of any drops before your phone does! However I have ordered 4 cases from this company over my last two phones. I started with led... and I was thoroughly disappointed with the amount of battery power it drains. My battery went from a full day to needing to be charged 3 times a day, eventually I just cut the plug off the case and used it normally. My second issue with these cases is they sell tempered glass although the tempered glass does NOT fit well with a case on. Especially the led cases which are bulky. I say led because of my last and final complaint. I then ordered the glow in the dark case and omg it was perfect. I got the design I wanted, I could find my phone easily in the dark. It was super light weight, it still protected my phone heaps, and it was 30$!!!!! Sold the phone for 200 in perfect condition it was amazing!! And my batterey was not drained. The up side I didn't have small remnants from the cut plug that could cut my hand. The complaint.... the company has de idea to go in a different direction and discontinued glow in the dark cases. The led cases cut your battery to a 3rd its normal time. They are not worth it. And when you cut the coard so you can use this amazing case without led it can be uncomfortable. And if you leave the card there it looks bag, feels bad and is annoying to deal with. Led cases look Kool but reduce your phones life especially ially now that batteries are build in and need to be opened with special tools to replace. If you want a case that will cost you to keep your phones life choose something else. Battery replacements cost almost 100 - 200 dollars now. Spend the 20 extra dollars and get the same case without the led.

Got 2 glow cases Got 2 glow cases, am pretty impressed. Actual picture quality was shockingly nice and vibrant, pretty much HD. The led lights work considerably well, too; and for the price, they have a decent range of music they can sync up to. Shipping took a bit, but other than that would definitely recommend.

Amazing service!!! My case is wonderful, but even better, when there was an issue with my package (the case was cracked), not only was the problem fixed, but it was fixed within 4 hours of my emailing to say what had happened. I had been sent new shipping details for the replacement and everything. Special shout out to Batty for being so helpful and prompt for organising a replacement. Definitely recommend if you want a cool led case (as I bought for myself)- you can rest assured their service is fantastic.

Problem with one of the items purchased, customer support was amazing! I recently ordered both a Glow case for my Samsung S9+ and a screen protector. While I was super happy with the Case, the protector was faulty and wouldn't stick to the phone. Customer support was amazing, they answered fast (within 2 days at most for any e-mail) and the matter got resolved within a week, with them offering me either a replacement or refund. I chose refund, and it the money was transferred to me within the hour. Will be buying from them again!
