USBought a total of 20 cases from them, very good quality but some big flaws I ordered a total of 20 cases from them. 5 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and since I switched now 15 for the 12 pro max. Shipping is slow but that’s understandable due to covid but the only disappointing part of the led cases is the fact that the connector are very fragile and weak and prone to breaking if you unplug and replug them often for charging. For my new case the connector snapped after about 2 weeks of use. Good thing I bought many but consider this before buying.

USGreat response from customer Service I received the case yesterday. Beautiful case. I popped it on my phone and the case cracked. Order number 130520 Bazaardodo insured me this is usually not the result. And the replacement should not be defective. Other than receiving a defective product it is a beautiful case, just wish I could have used it. Awesome service though, they are sending me a replacement. Took about 1 day to get a response.

CACool case, poor quality though 1) The glass case is cracked all over after one drop of the phone. 2) The LED reacts to any form of sound and can be extremely annoying after a week. I've contacted customer service asking if they could program it to activate upon any notifications, but they've yet to consider my opinion after a few months. Logically, it makes more logical sense. 3) They advertised a demon slayer themed case on their promotion video and never released it. False advertisement.

PTProblem with one of the items purchased, customer support was amazing! I recently ordered both a Glow case for my Samsung S9+ and a screen protector. While I was super happy with the Case, the protector was faulty and wouldn't stick to the phone. Customer support was amazing, they answered fast (within 2 days at most for any e-mail) and the matter got resolved within a week, with them offering me either a replacement or refund. I chose refund, and it the money was transferred to me within the hour. Will be buying from them again!
