Timely Shipment; Poor Product The battery arrived in a timely manner, but I am unhappy with the battery itself. The life is about 3-4 hours, which is no better than the battery I was replacing.

Good match Ordering online was easy with exact match of battery and chromebook. Arrived within a week in good shape, well packaged. Charge was 25% upon arrival, a bit low but after charging the laptop indicated 105% of capacity. So far so good, hope that it will last.

Very good price and delivery Very good price and delivery, and the battery holds a much better charge than the OEM battery. Used to get two and a half hours, now I get close to four hours with the new battery.

The new battery will not charge The new battery will not charge. The charger and operating system test good. The battery charge did not increase at all after 48 hours connected to the charger. Support was terrible. They requested photos, videos, and then told me I need to "fully charge (more than 12 hours) and discharge it to 5%-10% for 3~5 times ... before use." This after I told them that it would not charge at all.

great website, afordable replacement It is great cheap replacement battery. I know there are a lot of negative reviews of this website, but I personally had a great experience; I'm using the battery they sent me right now to type this month later, and it's still working perfectly.
