Grateful for the bigger battery Grateful for the bigger battery. It doesn't improve the battery time a whole lot, but it still helps. The only complaint I have is that the part that I plug into the battery port on the laptop had notches on top that the original did not. So, I had to shave those down for the plug to work. Other than that it was very easy and useful.

Bad Service, You pay return on their mistake Ordered, received rather quickly, but the battery does it fit, the battery number on my original is different, they say compatible. I chatted with their online support, they insist the battery should fit and wanted proof it doesn’t, including measurements, so I took several pictures they wanted and they were responding very quick when I was complying with every request to troubleshoot. Then finally after a hour I said I wanted to return and refund and they went silent. After numerous attempts and waiting over 40 minutes in silence they said they will email return instructions. Then silence again! They did email 3 hours later but said I had to pay the return postage and they would refund later. They provided an address to return but no RMA Number as the instructions say I have to put on the package. I’ve replied asking for RMA # but of course hours and hours later they have not. Poor customer service, no true guarantee of compatibility….I would NOT do business with again, even if shipped from US, you still can not find a live person. Let’s see if I get a 100% refund and also addition refund I had to pay to return.

Good match Ordering online was easy with exact match of battery and chromebook. Arrived within a week in good shape, well packaged. Charge was 25% upon arrival, a bit low but after charging the laptop indicated 105% of capacity. So far so good, hope that it will last.

Battery works, some Windows 10 battery status issues After just installing the battery it seems to work. I'm using a windows 10 operating system. The battery icon doesn't recognize the battery however after unplugging the cord the computer is still running -yay! I've tried troubleshooting and updating drivers but I still don't have a status for how charged my battery is from the laptop. It would be good if lenovobatt could address operating system work arounds to have this error resolve or acknowledge that this software issue cannot be resolved. I'm aiming to dualboot to linux and hopefully there error will go away on the other operating system, but a workaround for windows 10 would be appreciated. For now I'm offering a 4/5 +- depending on the next month performance.
