GBThe new battery will not charge The new battery will not charge. The charger and operating system test good. The battery charge did not increase at all after 48 hours connected to the charger. Support was terrible. They requested photos, videos, and then told me I need to "fully charge (more than 12 hours) and discharge it to 5%-10% for 3~5 times ... before use." This after I told them that it would not charge at all.

GBThe battery seems to be defective The battery seems to be defective. I installed the battery, and it says no battery detected, with an × next to the battery. I reinstalled it twice, but still the same issue. So unless it is plugged in, it doesn't work.
