Terrible! Received 1 of 7 pieces of my patio set. Can’t get anyone to respond to me. Will never buy again.

Still haven’t received my item It’s been a month since I ordered my item, and have NOT received it yet. I sent an email about getting my money back and no one has responded back to it. This was a waste of money. If I had known this was going to happen, I would never have ordered from them. It was supposed to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and I ended up having to spend more money and buy it elsewhere to have it in time for her. Not happy. Will NOT order from them again or recommend them to anyone!

Unreliable and very sketchy Had to Contact Seller and ask where shipment was after 3 weeks? We were told that it had shipped 2+ weeks ago. They said it was out of stock and would refund the price immediately. After telling us it was already shipping. We check the web page and it showed 7 available to purchase. The only good thing to say about them is that I received our refund within the day. Will never use them again.

I received the wrong tv that I… I received the wrong tv that I purchased from you guys. The website showed the exact one I needed and then when the tv arrived it was completely different from the pictures on the website. I wanted an exchange of the tv with the one I ordered but I never received a response from you guys pertaining to the problem. I called 4 times, no response. Then I emailed you guys twice and still haven't heard anything. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I will probably never buy from you guys again.

Not perfect, but very satisfied overall There was a little confusion regarding delivering. Website showed only a single shipment, while order was shipped in two shipments received a couple of days apart. After receiving the first shipment, I emailed supported and did receive a prompt response. Got the second package the day after. The small confusion keeps them from getting a five star, but overall happy with the experience and also happy with their feedback.
