First the free shipping was really fast, 2 days with UPS! Unbelievable considering what we’re having to deal with right now. Now for the product, very pleased with the quality, size and all the features as shown on the TV commercial! Can not speak for the reliability yet... only had it a few hours but Bell Howell as a great reputation and been around a long time.
