Same problem... I saw this review... had the same problem with two orders... Wish I'd seen this review before I ordered. We talked the first part of the week and these two orders of mine were supposed to have been shipped, finally. I paid extra for fast shipping, one next afternoon the other second day shipping… It's now Saturday I have not received these yet… Were they shipped? How were they shipped? I don't know. I have people asking me, where the devil are the drives. Now I see this review online… I asked them now, "Hello again! Is anybody home?"

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a replacement hard drive on December 8. It is now December 20 and I've not received the part. I have been unable to reach the company via phone or e-mail. The voicemail is full and unable to accept more messages. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not buy from these people. If I ever received the hard drive that was ordered I will change my review.

Return and shipping I took wrong part by mistake for return this which was my fault i took help from live chat they advise me place order for urgent purpose separately and they will do Return process for wrong products and they did finally. what about my new order yes they ship it via overnight and i got it next day morning. service, shipping, customer help all excellent.
