GBBad News, No customer service at all. Ordered a hard drive. Five days later checked on the status and found the order was canceled. Not in stock. Never notified me via email. I called them to see if they had another drive in stock similar. Nobody answers the phone you have to leave a message. Two days later I still have not recieved a call back or an email or any other attempt of customer service on there part. So I ordered it somewhere else. Poor company, web site still shows the drive in stock. Would not recomend, waste of time.

GBReturn and shipping I took wrong part by mistake for return this which was my fault i took help from live chat they advise me place order for urgent purpose separately and they will do Return process for wrong products and they did finally. what about my new order yes they ship it via overnight and i got it next day morning. service, shipping, customer help all excellent.

GBbe careful with this company Funny how after reading the reviews, you notice the multiple entries on the same day.. note every one is a 5 star, then every negative is a 1 star.. I ordered, was emailed that it was shipped, then after a few days, the tracking number STILL was not a valid one.. did not ship until after calling asking about the shipment. Company does NOT ship from michigan.. not to say they don't have a warehouse.. hoping the item is "new" but their site after reading states "New Bulk/ New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Product is new (NOT BRAND NEW) and many times the manufacturer will disassemble new whole units to use parts. Typically this product doesn't come with software or instructions unless indicated and no Manufacturers genuine warranty. And it might be used for test perpouse." so NEW to them includes USED. wish me luck on the parts... oh, and if you do get thru, welcome to being on hold indefinitely... try calling from a different number if you want them to answer... ok, the saga continues.... Package recieved.. box damaged.. but.. parts inside showed signs of pre-existing damage.. lets see how they respond to my email.. screws show signs that it was taken apart, handle installed backwards. where the handle *should* have been mounted, there is damage on the case showing it was pre-damaged. Oh, and 1 part was the wrong part....and damaged as well. If they satisfy my situation, I will happily change my rating, but so far....
