Bad News, No customer service at all. Ordered a hard drive. Five days later checked on the status and found the order was canceled. Not in stock. Never notified me via email. I called them to see if they had another drive in stock similar. Nobody answers the phone you have to leave a message. Two days later I still have not recieved a call back or an email or any other attempt of customer service on there part. So I ordered it somewhere else. Poor company, web site still shows the drive in stock. Would not recomend, waste of time.
