GBTRX has completely given up on customer service TRX has completely given up on customer service, it is really pathetic. It doesn't make any sense either as half the country is sitting home without a job, so even if they are busy, they should be able to hire people to answer a phone. They now hide their phone number on the site. When you find it and call, the recording tells you to hang up. Online chat says its "no longer operable". If you send an email, you will never get a response. Sadly a lot of companies are taking advantage of folks during COVID to "save on customer service cost" by delivering poor service while hiding behind the COVID excuse. This appears to describe TRX. At this point, they do not provide ANY customer service. They will answer NO questions. They will not answer the phone nor emails. You may NOT contact them. You will get your product when they feel like sending it.

GBBeware once the sale is made- Prepare to spend much more $ for instructional information I find no fault with the suspension equipment. The problem is with after the sale is made. You must pay an additional $19.95 a month to access video instructions on the correct and safe way to use the equipment. They offer one 'free' video for each body part focus. Wish they had mentioned I would be shelling out an additional $240 a year for instructions when I made the purchase- I just called to have returned with 30 day guarantee- Gouging your customers with additional charges to learn the safe and correct way to use their product does not seem fair.

PA15 days trying to find customer service I made an order and somehow the shipment was returned to TRX thru UPS. I have been sending emails, have tried to find any possible way to communicate so I can get the goods I purchased. Seems weird to me, in today’s market and with all the available tools out there a company with such high prestige can not invest in Proper Customer Service.

AUDO NOT BUY FROM TRX AUSTRALIA! After trying since April to get in touch with these people, I have to say that if you’re thinking of buying a TRX get it from anyone other than the Australian store! I ordered a wall hinge in March, received the receipt but never saw the product. I can’t contact them because when I try to log into the account I setup on the Australian website it keeps bringing me back to login screen. Also emailing their customer service email just bounces back as undeliverable. To think I paid $60 for nothing. Should have gone to bunnings and bough something similar. Thanks for nothing TRX Australia!

GBAbsolutely awful customer service!! Absolutely awful customer service!!! I purchased a gift voucher from uk for my US friend and she is unable to make the voucher work. We have both tried numerous times to contact customer service and it is impossible. The chat/bot system is completely frustrating and they never answer emails. I am unable to locate a phone number which is highly suspicious! I am $100 out of pocket and my friend is gift less. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!
