GB2+months and still waiting for product... Who know, this might be a good product but 2 months later and $80 out of my pocket, I have nothing to show but a string of emails saying it has been shipped. If it will take over 2 months to receive the product, please be upfront about that

GBWhat a bunch of criminals!! We ordered an item from VeloxBot (VLXBT-1771516401). We told them to cancel the order. They said it was already shipped by UPS. We said we're going to refuse acceptance of the shipment so it will be sent back. VeloxBot never responded after we said this. Five days later the shipment arrived, we didn't accept it, and UPS said they would return it to sender. Two weeks after the shipment arrived back to VeloxBot we asked when we would receive the refund. They said we needed an RMA number before we shipped it back because "couriers [UPS] tend to throw the stuff away". I told them they should have told us we needed an RMA number when we told them were were going to not accept the package. Also, UPS obviously didn't throw the item away; they provided a return tracking number which is proof that the item was retuned unopened. Customer Support said they would 'escalate this'. Never heard from them again. Two weeks later we wrote Support again- they said they would "look into our previous emails with them". Weeks later we never heard from them again. So, the $125 item has been returned to VeloxBot, and we paid $27 for the UPS shipping fee. We are out $150 for an item we don't posses. VeloxBot is happy because they have our money AND the item. What a bunch of criminals!!

GBThe only way they will respond is if I… The only way they will respond is if I leave a review!!!! I told the company I was moving and not to resend me a device as I won’t be there. I asked for refund after waiting months and months for delivery. I have now been emailing them for months and they will not refund me. I don’t know what to do about this company anymore.

CAAVOID AT ALL COSTS......This company is… AVOID AT ALL COSTS......This company is a fraud. There is no return as they state you can do. The do not answer phones and they are jsut here to rip everyone off. All of their 4/5 star reviews are from fraudulent people as well. Please do not use this company.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! IT'S A FRAUD. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS. THE PHONE NUMBER ALWAYS GOES TO VOICEMAIL.
