Can I give zero stars? Can I give zero stars? Did not arrive for christmas as promised. Was not easy to use. Did not make the cute labels that they show you- only black text that is hard to center in the tape appropriately. Followed all of the return instructions including sending them the UPS delivery confirmation and after about three months have asked my credit card company to consider it a fraudulent charge. There were about 15 emails back and forth and they agree to refund but just never would. Customer service doesn't answer the phone.

The do not answer phones and they are jsut here to rip everyone off. All of their 4/5 star reviews are from fraudulent people as well. Please do not use this company.
