CADO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF COMPANY AND COLLECTIONS PAYPAL!!! This company is a fraud along with paypal. They take your money send you crap (I ordered 500 printing labels), cant even send in a container that will make it to you. Then don't respond. I ordered $222.00 worth of ribbon and the printer. PAYPAL will not do anything and this company MOTUS COMMERCE will not respond. Pretty sad that they like to steal from seniors on a fixed income to further themselves. Karma will get you!! !!

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. I am still waiting for an order from March 2022. They refuse to process a refund and keep telling me the item is still in transit - 6 months later. No help whatsoever.

GBTook awhile to ship but overall an easy… Took awhile to ship but overall an easy transaction and great product, app is really use to use and have a lot of design functionalities. I have been using the label printer for many months.

GBFraudulent Company I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating. I sent the product back per their instructions. That was Jan 19, 2022. Tracking says product was received 1/24. As of today still no credit. I have had 27 emails with them and all I get is “I will check the status of your refund.” I have to initiate the email each time. This company is a fraud.

GBWhat a bunch of criminals!! We ordered an item from VeloxBot (VLXBT-1771516401). We told them to cancel the order. They said it was already shipped by UPS. We said we're going to refuse acceptance of the shipment so it will be sent back. VeloxBot never responded after we said this. Five days later the shipment arrived, we didn't accept it, and UPS said they would return it to sender. Two weeks after the shipment arrived back to VeloxBot we asked when we would receive the refund. They said we needed an RMA number before we shipped it back because "couriers [UPS] tend to throw the stuff away". I told them they should have told us we needed an RMA number when we told them were were going to not accept the package. Also, UPS obviously didn't throw the item away; they provided a return tracking number which is proof that the item was retuned unopened. Customer Support said they would 'escalate this'. Never heard from them again. Two weeks later we wrote Support again- they said they would "look into our previous emails with them". Weeks later we never heard from them again. So, the $125 item has been returned to VeloxBot, and we paid $27 for the UPS shipping fee. We are out $150 for an item we don't posses. VeloxBot is happy because they have our money AND the item. What a bunch of criminals!!
