A NIGHTMARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I will advise anyone against buying telephone from FASTCARDTECH !!! i have order an S5 with an extra battery more than 9 months ago. I never received the extra battery only poor excuses and a refund offer. The battery is not standard and is not available anywhere but from FASTCARDTECH. In the meantime the battery supplied with the phone damaged and the telephone for which I have paid 200 dollars is worthless. I have started a media campaign through internet and other media in my country against FASTCARDTECH as I consider it is cheating people!

Great machine! Quality and price are in excellent value.Good website, well described, good contact, serious seller. As well they do include DHL shipping service which I do appreciate when I need something fast. No problem.

Zeer slecht Heb er een telefoon gekocht, wifi werkte niet, teruggestuurd (kostte ook nog in de 20 euro) 100 mailtjes gestuurd en nooit weer wat gehoord of terug gekregen. Oplichters dus. Very very bad, please dont buy anything here. I bought a hdc galaxy, wifi didn't work, send it back, mailed 100 times (everytime they answered no worries.) After months i gave up. Never got something back. Paid about 170 euro's for nothing.

FCT is a good online store "As a buyer i always love FCT. Great items+price, fast delivery and the sellers are responsible and kind, good communication. Never got any problem so far (thanks God). Don't know about their support/customer service though."

Honest and soonest Yesterday received the phone bought from end of Nov. for christmas gift. After placed the order, 2 days later received email from service team that item has techproblem to fix then i've chose another prefered- Kingzone n3 as replacement. They've arrnaged shipment very fast and sent me case and screen protector as gift. This phone looks beautiful and operates well with 4g lte connection and dual simcard. After 1 weeks later, i'll continue to share the operation of this phone. Will recommand friends to purchase on fastcardtech website. Hope they will give me some discount on next order.
