Honest and soonest Yesterday received the phone bought from end of Nov. for christmas gift. After placed the order, 2 days later received email from service team that item has techproblem to fix then i've chose another prefered- Kingzone n3 as replacement. They've arrnaged shipment very fast and sent me case and screen protector as gift. This phone looks beautiful and operates well with 4g lte connection and dual simcard. After 1 weeks later, i'll continue to share the operation of this phone. Will recommand friends to purchase on fastcardtech website. Hope they will give me some discount on next order.

Good online store, I like! I have bought one Xiaomi phone, came way much faster than expected and everything was great. They always so polite and kind. Although was a problem with a defective item, it was solved by Fastcardtech AfterSale Support, Good service!

Bunch of scammers Be careful, they are a bunch of scammers. Even if you pay for the insurance for the customs tax refund they will never give you the money back. And on top of that the mobile was defective. Trust me, don't buy anything from them. Cuidado con esta gente, son estafadores profesionales. Pagas por el seguro para que te devuelvan el impuesto de aduanas pero solamente te dan largas, jamás devuelven el dinero, llevo meses intentándolo. Eso sin contar con que el teléfono era defectuoso. Placed my order last week Placed my order last week, now I can't even go on to their website anymore. It says "undergoing maintenance" for the past week or so. No confirmation of my order or anything. Sent number of emails but no response. Thank God paid with PayPal. I'm really worried now.

A NIGHTMARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I will advise anyone against buying telephone from FASTCARDTECH !!! i have order an S5 with an extra battery more than 9 months ago. I never received the extra battery only poor excuses and a refund offer. The battery is not standard and is not available anywhere but from FASTCARDTECH. In the meantime the battery supplied with the phone damaged and the telephone for which I have paid 200 dollars is worthless. I have started a media campaign through internet and other media in my country against FASTCARDTECH as I consider it is cheating people!
