I never received the extra battery only poor excuses and a refund offer. The battery is not standard and is not available anywhere but from FASTCARDTECH. In the meantime the battery supplied with the phone damaged and the telephone for which I have paid 200 dollars is worthless. I have started a media campaign through internet and other media in my country against FASTCARDTECH as I consider it is cheating people!

Ordered a phone a month ago, still didn't get it, paid for DHL shipping 37USD, they've send it with regular post which they advertise as Worldwide free shipping, now they won't give me a refund of 37USD.
