I've ordered from FCT three times, but NEVER AGAIN. Delivery was always fine, but on the last order my phone came with a Chinese version not Google Play as ordered. Getting any meaningful tech support has been impossible. My phone has been all but unusable for the last 9 months. Use a different vendor. UPDATE - FCT finally did get in touch and resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

A NIGHTMARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I will advise anyone against buying telephone from FASTCARDTECH !!! i have order an S5 with an extra battery more than 9 months ago. I never received the extra battery only poor excuses and a refund offer. The battery is not standard and is not available anywhere but from FASTCARDTECH. In the meantime the battery supplied with the phone damaged and the telephone for which I have paid 200 dollars is worthless. I have started a media campaign through internet and other media in my country against FASTCARDTECH as I consider it is cheating people!

Placed my order last week Placed my order last week, now I can't even go on to their website anymore. It says "undergoing maintenance" for the past week or so. No confirmation of my order or anything. Sent number of emails but no response. Thank God paid with PayPal. I'm really worried now.

And on top of that the mobile was defective. Trust me, don't buy anything from them. Cuidado con esta gente, son estafadores profesionales.
