Good Bought two phones by them, delivery to Europe takes long (they write as much on the website), But there are no custom charges (as there is with other exporters). They once helped me by email for a technical issue, never had a faulty item so wouldn't really know their after sales service.

Terrible Customer Service I pre-preordered a DOOGEE Titanz 2 the last year in late November, I ended up recieveing an email about the cellphone being sent and a tracking number. I still haven't seen the phone, tried to communicate many times and they systematically ignored me through Skype. I know they probably sent the phone, but they ignored me after that, they start answering EVERY question you have before buying, but they ignore you after they have your money. If you want to buy from this store, never pick free shipping, and be aware that they will simply IGNORE YOU if anything bad happens.

Their site is simple and unlike other site where reseller increases their price to double and show huge discount to lie to cistomer, this site doesnot. I searched different online site and finally settles to buy from 1949deal.com. No any problem occurred the goods arrived within 2 weeks and absoultely for free. I didnot even have to pay tax.

Don't even think about it I bought a phone from this company and it soon became apparent that it was defective. I contacted them three times but received no response. At that time I contacted PayPal, and very shortly afterward I received a response. I was asking for a refund for the defective product, and a postage paid label to send it back to them. They refuse to pay the shipping, and the best offer I have from them is for me to pay the return postage and they will give me a discount on another phone. There is no way I will ever buy anything from them again. The only time they respond to me is when I go through PayPal, and their customer service is very poor.

hontom 7 huh huh, i bought the homtom ht 7 for $39.99 dollars at this shop. the phone is good and shipping is faster than other online shops. i'm much expecting new snap up activity at this site! by the way, i'm hesitating to buy letv 1s for a gift. it's in lower price than many sites i know but i should save money to buy it. hope the price will not increase so qiuck...
