Terrible customer service 949deal.com Bought a phone and paid the fast delivery with DHL. One day , two days three days five days and the order was still processing. Then I asked what was going on and they said they were "testing" the phone and that they would sent next day. That turned out not to be true as I later found out when they admitted it was pre sale! But of course this was my fault according to 1949deal because I had "misread" I was pretty annoyed by that moment seven days had gone by already. So I asked them to send a different one that they actually had in stock. In the end they did send it 12 days later but it was a lot of waisted of time

Good Bought two phones by them, delivery to Europe takes long (they write as much on the website), But there are no custom charges (as there is with other exporters). They once helped me by email for a technical issue, never had a faulty item so wouldn't really know their after sales service.

not perfect but good i ordered a lenovo a678t from them for a chip price 85usd .it was shipped in two days and got it in total of 35days in morocco of corse the tracking number was useless as it always show me that the item is heading to germany and it happend again when i ordered an elephone last week but its okay as long as i get my stuff. after i got the phone it was qualite built anf everything workin exept the 3g signal wasn't working just the 2G and the video they make for the phone at purchase age was too tricky about the camera becous it wasent as good as the video shows it was just acceptable but not very good .but generaly the phone was working .after two weeks of use i sold the phone to someone for extra 18usd .sooo i would say i didnt loos anything with 1949deal

Don't even think about it I bought a phone from this company and it soon became apparent that it was defective. I contacted them three times but received no response. At that time I contacted PayPal, and very shortly afterward I received a response. I was asking for a refund for the defective product, and a postage paid label to send it back to them. They refuse to pay the shipping, and the best offer I have from them is for me to pay the return postage and they will give me a discount on another phone. There is no way I will ever buy anything from them again. The only time they respond to me is when I go through PayPal, and their customer service is very poor.
