First order OK - 2nd order unacceptable My first order took only 10 days from China to Europe. I was satisfied with the delivery time. After delivery I order another phone and I have now been waiting 70 days for it. I have sent email several times the last 2 months. They dont want to give me money back or send a new phone. The tell me to be patient and that I will get a cover for free.. ha ha,, Now I have problem with the first "Doogee" phone I order.

Money down the drain I have had a very bad experience buying a cell phone from 1949deal. I pre-ordered the Ulephone 2 when it came out. There was quite a long delay in delivery as they were backed up with the pre orders. The phone started to give me problems after a few weeks. Part of the screen was not working. It was a pain, but, I could work around it. When I was coming back to Canada from a trip to Europe the microphone on the phone decided to stop working when I tried to call home to get a lift from the airport! It finally started working again, but, it became more and more unreliable. A phone without a reliable microphone is not much use. Also the finger print sensor stopped working. I decided to ship it back to China for repair. 50$ later and about 6 weeks for delivery, I was informed that it would cost me 46$ to repair the phone screen. No mention of the microphone. When I asked why it was not under warrant, they replied that I was responsible for the damage to the screen because there was a scratch on the back of the phone!!! I will never buy a phone again direct from China it is just to much of a risk that you will get bad phone with zero after sales support.

Reliable Chinese store I get the order of Doogee DG350 from 1949deal, this phone i bought is for my mother's gift, and i want to get it earlier before my mother's birthday, and talked with the customer service online, they accepted my requirement, and sent it on time.
