Phone never came. Terrible service! A few months back I bought a Jiayu S3 from them and took into account that the phone might be delayed. I then waited weeks after the longest possible delivery time had passed and got no reply from them. Eventually I got a reply saying they had not sent it yet, then a few weeks later I asked for a refund but instead got offered a 4gb micro sd card with it for free as compensation. Considering they are worthless, I said no and asked for a refund again. Eventually I did get a refund some day after checking the delivery status and seeing it still had not shipped. That was a complete waste of time and I do not want to ever have to buy from here again.

Cheap compared to other site and delivers goods fast and free Its a pleasure experience to buy from 1949deal.com. Their site is simple and unlike other site where reseller increases their price to double and show huge discount to lie to cistomer, this site doesnot. I searched different online site and finally settles to buy from 1949deal.com. No any problem occurred the goods arrived within 2 weeks and absoultely for free. I didnot even have to pay tax.

Terrible Customer Service I pre-preordered a DOOGEE Titanz 2 the last year in late November, I ended up recieveing an email about the cellphone being sent and a tracking number. I still haven't seen the phone, tried to communicate many times and they systematically ignored me through Skype. I know they probably sent the phone, but they ignored me after that, they start answering EVERY question you have before buying, but they ignore you after they have your money. If you want to buy from this store, never pick free shipping, and be aware that they will simply IGNORE YOU if anything bad happens.

Honest & Reliable I have previously purchased a phone from 1949deal and everything went smoothly, a few weeks later I hurriedly ordered & paid for another phone without checking the specs thoroughly. Jill from 1949deal thoughtfully sent me an email explaining that only 2G would work on the phone I ordered as it's 3G was not compatible to my country of residence. I then requested my order be cancelled and my Paypal payment was refunded within an hour. My appreciation to 1949deal for looking after the customer instead of just taking the money as soon as payment was made.

Money down the drain I have had a very bad experience buying a cell phone from 1949deal. I pre-ordered the Ulephone 2 when it came out. There was quite a long delay in delivery as they were backed up with the pre orders. The phone started to give me problems after a few weeks. Part of the screen was not working. It was a pain, but, I could work around it. When I was coming back to Canada from a trip to Europe the microphone on the phone decided to stop working when I tried to call home to get a lift from the airport! It finally started working again, but, it became more and more unreliable. A phone without a reliable microphone is not much use. Also the finger print sensor stopped working. I decided to ship it back to China for repair. 50$ later and about 6 weeks for delivery, I was informed that it would cost me 46$ to repair the phone screen. No mention of the microphone. When I asked why it was not under warrant, they replied that I was responsible for the damage to the screen because there was a scratch on the back of the phone!!! I will never buy a phone again direct from China it is just to much of a risk that you will get bad phone with zero after sales support.
