Ordered a book that was listed in new… Ordered a book that was listed in new condition. It didn't arrive by the expected date, so I contacted Ergode Books only to learn that the book allegedly was damaged by the post office and was returned to them in undeliverable condition. They offered to give me a 20 percent discount and send me a replacement that wasn't a new book. After several weeks of going round and round with them, I finally got my money back. Horrible experience. My bet is they never had the book I ordered to begin with and were stalling for more time.

Bookjacker ErgodeBooks aka FastMedia "Ships From USA" is a bookjacker that lists items it doesn't have, overpriced and with misleading information (i.e. listing books as NEW). Once the order is made, they buy some cheap used copy and resell it to you. Just google "Ships From USA" complaints board" Stay away and spread the word.

Horrible customer service I was charged more than what an invoice for my product stated. I emailed customer service countless times and never received a response. Even did a review that never got posted, but I called them out for the issues too. I will never see my money, obviously. Better off not going through this company for anything!

My new favorite commuter helmet! This is a great helmet. I ride a bicycle in high traffic downtown Seattle. It’s lightweight and compact enough to stuff in a backpack or bike bag. It also, in my opinion, looks way better than the half football look of many bike helmets and the matte finish hides scuffs and scratches
