GBit claims to be "free" of fees = extortion this site claims to be "free" of fees, but it DEMANDS payment in the form of "DONATION", absolutely like high-way robbery or extortion, if you refuse its demands, it kicks you out of the site. DO NOT use this site, who knows what it will do to your efforts.

GBI've been selling on Webstore for 5… I've been selling on Webstore for 5 years now selling preowned items & collectible media items and currently have two stores there. There is no comparison between Webstore, eBay & Amazon. Amazon & eBay already have a massive following worldwide. The traffic is already established so there's not too much to do as far as using the right keywords to attract traffic outside these two platforms. If you're wanting to sell to a massive audience and provide many products then go with the big guys. Webstore is for the smaller sellers on a budget. With Webstore, you have to promote your store via FB, Google Ads, Pinterest, Trade shows, blogs, proper keywords. You can sell niche items there as well. They're more like your local country store. Your sales depend on how much work you put into your store. Webstore allows you to also promote your items on Pinterest & FB. Social media is very powerful if know how to use it properly and that's how I promote through social media. Webstore also offer an affiliate program when you drive traffic to Webstore and if the buyer buys an item off of anyone's store you get paid. The money I save from not getting charged with fees I put back into my stores investing in myself. Yes, there's a learning curve but if you stick with it you will make money. There is no membership fee, just a $10 fee to get your account verified which is for your advantage to build trust with potential buyers. Another way I promote is to sell my slower items through eBay and when I ship the item to the buyer I include an advertisement to my store on Webstore and offer them a 15% off coupon. Thus using some of eBay's traffic to bring customers to my store. However, If you're not willing to put in the work, then eBay & Amazon would be your choice and put up with their intense rules and possibly get your account suspended out of the blue with no explanation. Webstore's support is limited compared to Amazon & eBay's policies. but both eBay & Amazon are constantly changing their policies whereas Webstore stays consistent. Webstore's international sales are for Canada only. So if you're wanting to capture a bigger international audience then Webstore is not for you. I'm happy with Webstore and recommend them for newbies or sellers on a budget.

GBDON'T USE THIS WEBSITE! YOU WILL REGRET IT Yes I can see the wonderful reviews for this website...I am now under the impression that they are all fake. You have to pay a membership fee to join around $15. Then they offer you the chance to advertise in your city on their website for anyone who looks at the classifieds on their website in your area. I thought it was odd that when I asked for a major city in my state that it was automatically approved. How could it be that there isn't anyone else who already took this area? I then checked a lot of other major cities around the country only to find openings for advertising in all of them. Now to be clear they only allow 1 person to advertise in each city and the $5 is for the whole month. Which seems like an unbelievable deal right? Especially since you can link any website you want to this advertisement. Well unbelievable is right. I was down $20 and I hadn't even listed any products yet. Now if you run a retail company online you know the amount of work it takes to post all of your products on a new website. The amount of hours you put into it. Being that my sales on other sites are very high I thought this would be a great site to tack on for some extra revenue plus how cheap it was to advertise. So I do all the work and I wait...and wait...and wait. Nothing happens. Not even a single view on any of my products. These products are selling everywhere else but here not a single view? This is a scam site. They know they don't have any web traffic or any members so this is how they make their money. They wait for people to join so that they will make a minimum of $15 off of them and more if they fall for the advertising scheme they have in place. DONT FALL FOR IT! THIS IS A SCAM SITE!
