It is not a scam site any more than any other auction site is. Unfortunately, there are bad, scam sellers and buyers everywhere, and I've had sellers on amazon and ebay attempt to scam me. When I have asked questions of support, I have always got a prompt reply, which is more than I can say from selling on amazon or ebay.
