CAI agree that their communication and… I agree that their communication and customer service sucks! The good thing about Amazon is paying by credit card as that way refund guaranteed if any funny stuff. Akaso has been horrible to deal with in messages and their responses are very slow. I think this brand will fail if new management not considered by owners!

AUAkaso warranty support non-existant I bought an Akaso Brave 7. There was dust under the lens cover, so obsiously these cameras aren't assembled in a clean environment. Straight lines in images are distorted. The protective case is made of brittle material and cracks easily. Manufacturer will only proffer extended warranty if purchased from their Amazon store, not from eBay. Manufacturer support for devices purchased from eBay is good if you only have technical questions. Manufacturer WON'T provide warranty support for devices purchased from anywhere else except their Amazon Store. In my case they refuse to provide me with a new protective case. They tell me to go to the eBay seller despite me telling them they are in breach of Australian Consumer law. The eBay seller name is akaso-direct which gives the impression they are the manufacturer.

IELIES and DECEPTION from Akaso Ordered the new Brave 7 as a loyal customer in the pre orders. Paid for 5-7 days delivery guaranteed. 38 days later and over 30 emails later, one thread is 23pages, still no camera and not 1 bit of assistance from a manager or any person who actually cared about the customer. There are many customers in the same way with their orders, have email proof from other buyers getting exact same treatment. Akaso is full of lies and deception.

GBAKASO EK7000 4k ultra HD I got the AKASO EK7000 4k ultra HD for a present. Recently took it skiing with me to try it out. Very clear video, sound was clear when I didnt use the waterproof case. Got loads of accesories and a handy wrist band for remote recording. Ovrrall very happy with this little camera. Totally great value and it seemed to be just as good as my mates go pro for video and sound quality. Defently recomend one of these

GBThe Akaso 7000 is a great camera which… The Akaso 7000 is a great camera which we have used without any issues for almost 3 years. The strap has finally given way so we will need to replace but other than that it’s been great value for under £70.
