GBTerrible customer service brought a… Terrible customer service brought a camera off there Amazon site , got sent a broken camera and no have been told after weeks of trying to get hold of them that I have to pay to return the product to Germany from Spain witch will cost 60% of what I paid for it so pointless , don’t waste your time or money

AURefuse to refund returned, faulty item. Bought a car camera through their EBay store. It didn’t work so contacted them. They said send it back for refund. Sent it back same day to address it came from. Even sent them tracking note. No refund. Very unhappy. Terrible customer service.

GBAkaso gone Downhill I owned few Akaso Cameras, and they all have a poor audio, I recently had the 7Le and a V50 pro who stop working . Waterproof cases leaked , customer service are terrible, they say budget camera but it isn't anymore . Akaso have gone downhill and I wont buying cameras from them again

GBCompany sent accessories kit but not… Company sent accessories kit but not the 50 elite camera I paid for and they will not answer replies by email,phone,text, etc. I noticed now that others have been taken advantage of also with this tactic of sending one of two items and then saying order has been delivered....jor
