Deceitful Customer Service I have bought two of their action. Cameras, both are fine apart from the waterproof case for the V50 pro losing one of its buttons. But the customer service is woefully bad. When I bought the cameras the paperwork told me that if I gave a good review and supplied proof that I had they would send me a ‘gift’ I could choose between an accessory pack or an Amazon gift card, well nothing came, so I contacted them many times about this, they even told me it had been sent and was on its way to me, this was untrue and I have now given upon this, it is a shame as the cameras are quite good but they have let themselves down by being deceitful.

Company sent accessories kit but not… Company sent accessories kit but not the 50 elite camera I paid for and they will not answer replies by email,phone,text, etc. I noticed now that others have been taken advantage of also with this tactic of sending one of two items and then saying order has been delivered....jor

I absolutely love my akaso ek7000 4k! I absolutely love my akaso ek7000 4k!! The images are so clear and the quality ia fantastic. I would recommend this amazing piece of technology to anyone. Easy enough to use. I plan on making videos and maybe even trying my luck on YouTube. Wish me luck!!

Akaso gone Downhill I owned few Akaso Cameras, and they all have a poor audio, I recently had the 7Le and a V50 pro who stop working . Waterproof cases leaked , customer service are terrible, they say budget camera but it isn't anymore . Akaso have gone downhill and I wont buying cameras from them again

Akaso warranty support non-existant I bought an Akaso Brave 7. There was dust under the lens cover, so obsiously these cameras aren't assembled in a clean environment. Straight lines in images are distorted. The protective case is made of brittle material and cracks easily. Manufacturer will only proffer extended warranty if purchased from their Amazon store, not from eBay. Manufacturer support for devices purchased from eBay is good if you only have technical questions. Manufacturer WON'T provide warranty support for devices purchased from anywhere else except their Amazon Store. In my case they refuse to provide me with a new protective case. They tell me to go to the eBay seller despite me telling them they are in breach of Australian Consumer law. The eBay seller name is akaso-direct which gives the impression they are the manufacturer.
