GBSomebody needs to short GNC.. Dont know what has happened to GNC but someone needs to short them as they have become a horrendous company. The staff are inadequately trained, they hawk and push their crappy GNC products through their outlets and keep the better quality items online and their shipping is a complete joke. The CEO of this company needs to haul his head out his *ss and have a look around to see what is really going on. Used to be a premium member but honestly won’t support them anymore.

SGHighly satisfied service in Singapore I mostly order online supplements from them, the delivery, packaging is top notch. Further they make sure to include promo gifts with high order value. Their in store staff in multiple locations in SG are also really helpful. I see lot of negative comments for US location, probable they need to improve their service there as in SG we mostly prefer GNC.

GBPlaced an order on GNC website Placed an order on GNC website. I ordered 4 items but only received 3. While I managed to get a refund from the chat agent, she told me only for this time and next time there will be investigation. I don't like to be treated as a thief. It's a simple order of 4 items of the same product, you missed one, then a refund is expected. If I have to jump through hoops to make your mistake right, I will never order again.

GBWorst Service EVER! I made an online purchase in December 2023. The order never arrived. I looked online and found that the order was damaged during shipping and returned to GNC. I contacted them and asked that it be re-sent. They said they were not re-sending, but reimbursing my credit card account. I still have not been reimbursed. I have contacted them a number of times since. Now they say that I have been reimbursed. However, it does not reflect on my credit card transactions. They are saying that it is my responsibility to prove that I have not been reimbursed. They are actually saying that I need to send them my credit card statements! Unreal!! I asked that my case be escalated to a supervisor. They scheduled a call with me at 8:00 this morning. They have not called me. When I try calling them, their BOT attempts to forward me to customer service, but the call drops every time. Do not order online from this company! Horrible service!

GBWorst customer service I should've read the reviews before ordering online. This is the Worst COMPANY I have ever seen. Ordered 9 items online , only received 3 of them. When I called to let them know , they kept telling me that they have to investigate to see what happened. They couldn’t do anything else. I kept getting different people with the same exact script. I felt like they were just trained to say the same exact b.s. No help at all. I haven’t received the missing items or a refund. This company is scam ! Do not order anything from them.
