I have purchased several products and… I have purchased several products and have had a great experience with the products and service. First was the turn signal module for my KLR 650, which I needed, I would ride for miles before turning them off. Thank goodness it works as it should. Recently I ordered to brake modules. One for my Harley Road king and one for our (Hers) Cam Am F3L Just installed a couple of days and appears to work as stated. Haven't had it out on the road yet. OK, so here is why the best customer service I have had anywhere. I received two Flasher modules instead of the Brake Modules. I emailed about the situation and had a response next day only to find my order was for the flasher modules. My bad. Customer service has sent me a brake module for free! Waiting for delivery now.

Turn System is a great add Turn System is a great add, solid 5 stars. Brake module works great on my CBR 600 but does not work very reliably on my GS1200, they refunded me for the one on the GS. My friend also has one on his Z1000 and it works great, I've been riding behind him to help him test. Overall very good, but customer service is a bit slow to respond.

Dire customer service and rubbish product Installed on an aprillia RS4, constantly flashing unless unit is near vertical in which case it doesn't flash at all! Contacted st2 systems to which I was told to install it with the wires tilted higher than the rest of the unit which I had already done - waited and tried it in my sfv650 as it should be smoother but still the same, they don't reply to my emails now and are dire aftermarket care. They take your money and go! not happy at all!

Faulty units - absence of customer service. Unit does not work properly; tried to talk to tech support one unhelpful response. Now ten days of no responses. Referred as a dispute through PayPal. I note that they are bringing out a new unit - I would avoid it like the proverbial!

Impressive customer services ST2 customers services were quick to respond, totally understanding of my situation and were equally quick to reimburse me for a product that was gifted to me as a duplicate. Thanks to Philippe for a clear and helpful correspondence in resolving this matter.
