GBHorrible Device The device constantly activates just from the vibrations of the bike. Does NOT work as designed and is more of a danger than any kind of assistance.

GBThe company offers no support The company offers no support, after trolling you for your email address by offering to send you via email the results of your comparability test to see if their product will fit your motorcycle. Once they get your email, you are spammed relentlessly daily regarding “10 more discount codes left” “50% off”, even after you buy, and you can bet they are selling your info. The phone number on their website rings and answers to a dead line. When I emailed Support, I was given a generic email that basically says you are on your own! Documented my install on my Yamaha YZF-R1M of this crap product and company. Countless hours trying to figure this out, with no help from crap-systems.com. Here is my install www.r1-forum(dot)com /threads/st2-systems-com-brake-and-turn-signal-modules-warning-this-product-sucks.645340/

GBCustomer service not existing I ordered the brake-modul as the concept seems interesting. ST2 confirmed the compability with my bike but when I received the unit, it did not fit at all. Seems that they changed the measurements on the module. I was not too keen on the location they recommended (on top of the rear brake reservoir) but I thought I give it a try. There is no way however that unit does fit there. I tried to contact them, to use their return/money-back guarantee but they just ghosted any attempt. Funny enough they reach out to me all the time with new offers, but no response on email, facebook messanger, what'sup etc.
