Customer service not existing I ordered the brake-modul as the concept seems interesting. ST2 confirmed the compability with my bike but when I received the unit, it did not fit at all. Seems that they changed the measurements on the module. I was not too keen on the location they recommended (on top of the rear brake reservoir) but I thought I give it a try. There is no way however that unit does fit there. I tried to contact them, to use their return/money-back guarantee but they just ghosted any attempt. Funny enough they reach out to me all the time with new offers, but no response on email, facebook messanger, what'sup etc.

Wonderful Modules and Customer Service I have to say ... the ST2 Systems is great. I made a wrong order and got the breaking Modul instead of the strobber. It was entirely my fault. Nevertheless, sending an email was enough to get a response that I didn't think possible. I can keep the breaking modul and they sent me the strobber for free. That's on hell of a customer service. I whole heartedly suggest you try them. Mduls work very well on my XVS 1100 Dragstar, btw :-) ... Very happy

Turn system Turn system - great, works even better than expected, 5 stars Brake module - first installation i had the brake light continously turning on. Contacted support and they gave me some tips - a bit of fine tuning and a foam pad under the device made it work great. It would be nice if this was tuned in the factory so i give it 4 stars. It does now what it should, and especially at the price they offer it i can recommend it. If it was more expensive I would not buy it. Overall 4 stars

Don,t use this company, complete waste of space 1st brake light switch didn't work, they sent a 2nd and this didn,t work either so returned the item costing me £12, then this was returned by Slovinia customs ? been trying to get through to these people since last June, they promise a full refund , the company,s a complete joke, steer clear !

SERIOUSLY PUTS YOUR LIFE AT RISK - COWBOYS! Does not work! Advertised as a lifesaving product but as it flashes all the time when not braking it's actually a life-threatening product. Was told to return it to get a refund. After sending it to the address I was told, after weeks it was returned back to me in Australia marked as rejected by Slovenia customs due to ST2 not providing some detail to their customs department. Battling with PayPal now to get a refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
