Faulty units - absence of customer service. Unit does not work properly; tried to talk to tech support one unhelpful response. Now ten days of no responses. Referred as a dispute through PayPal. I note that they are bringing out a new unit - I would avoid it like the proverbial!

After delivery I regretted my purchase as the design didn't live up to my expectations, and contacted customer support. After a while i got a response with a return address. I payed around 30 euros for return shipping, and shortly after the shipping company send me a email that the address doesn't exist. I have tried calling the official phone number, and left message on the support, but no 4 days later there is still no response from customer support.

Appsolultly useless do not buy from these people I messaged them multiple times and only got one reply asking if it was fitted properly. The answer is yes it is as I am a 25+ years mechanic. SACMMER No shipping info Paid with discover card, I am submitting fraud alert. Three emails sent: automated responses only (today's date: 2/2/24) about being gone for Christmas holiday. Phone number is a dud and when attempting to follow website directions to use WhatsApp the phone number has no link to a WhatsApp profile.

Turn System is a great add Turn System is a great add, solid 5 stars. Brake module works great on my CBR 600 but does not work very reliably on my GS1200, they refunded me for the one on the GS. My friend also has one on his Z1000 and it works great, I've been riding behind him to help him test. Overall very good, but customer service is a bit slow to respond.
