GB1st brake module failed 1st brake module failed, replacement was larger than original and wouldn't fit. Returned module in June 2023 and despite 20+ emails, have not received promised refund.

GBDire customer service and rubbish product Installed on an aprillia RS4, constantly flashing unless unit is near vertical in which case it doesn't flash at all! Contacted st2 systems to which I was told to install it with the wires tilted higher than the rest of the unit which I had already done - waited and tried it in my sfv650 as it should be smoother but still the same, they don't reply to my emails now and are dire aftermarket care. They take your money and go! not happy at all!

ATWonderful Modules and Customer Service I have to say ... the ST2 Systems is great. I made a wrong order and got the breaking Modul instead of the strobber. It was entirely my fault. Nevertheless, sending an email was enough to get a response that I didn't think possible. I can keep the breaking modul and they sent me the strobber for free. That's on hell of a customer service. I whole heartedly suggest you try them. Mduls work very well on my XVS 1100 Dragstar, btw :-) ... Very happy

DKAutomatic brake light. Automatic brake light. I had no issues with buying and delivery of the unit. After delivery I regretted my purchase as the design didn't live up to my expectations, and contacted customer support. After a while i got a response with a return address. I payed around 30 euros for return shipping, and shortly after the shipping company send me a email that the address doesn't exist. I have tried calling the official phone number, and left message on the support, but no 4 days later there is still no response from customer support.

AUSERIOUSLY PUTS YOUR LIFE AT RISK - COWBOYS! Does not work! Advertised as a lifesaving product but as it flashes all the time when not braking it's actually a life-threatening product. Was told to return it to get a refund. After sending it to the address I was told, after weeks it was returned back to me in Australia marked as rejected by Slovenia customs due to ST2 not providing some detail to their customs department. Battling with PayPal now to get a refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
