I have purchased several products and… I have purchased several products and have had a great experience with the products and service. First was the turn signal module for my KLR 650, which I needed, I would ride for miles before turning them off. Thank goodness it works as it should. Recently I ordered to brake modules. One for my Harley Road king and one for our (Hers) Cam Am F3L Just installed a couple of days and appears to work as stated. Haven't had it out on the road yet. OK, so here is why the best customer service I have had anywhere. I received two Flasher modules instead of the Brake Modules. I emailed about the situation and had a response next day only to find my order was for the flasher modules. My bad. Customer service has sent me a brake module for free! Waiting for delivery now.

Automatic brake light. Automatic brake light. I had no issues with buying and delivery of the unit. After delivery I regretted my purchase as the design didn't live up to my expectations, and contacted customer support. After a while i got a response with a return address. I payed around 30 euros for return shipping, and shortly after the shipping company send me a email that the address doesn't exist. I have tried calling the official phone number, and left message on the support, but no 4 days later there is still no response from customer support.

Don,t use this company, complete waste of space 1st brake light switch didn't work, they sent a 2nd and this didn,t work either so returned the item costing me £12, then this was returned by Slovinia customs ? been trying to get through to these people since last June, they promise a full refund , the company,s a complete joke, steer clear !

Turn system Turn system - great, works even better than expected, 5 stars Brake module - first installation i had the brake light continously turning on. Contacted support and they gave me some tips - a bit of fine tuning and a foam pad under the device made it work great. It would be nice if this was tuned in the factory so i give it 4 stars. It does now what it should, and especially at the price they offer it i can recommend it. If it was more expensive I would not buy it. Overall 4 stars

Brake unit too sensitive! I ordered this from NZ, took about 3 weeks to arrive, no problems there. Fitted correctly, but I've found the sensor is much too sensitive. Brake light flashing almost continuously even though I've installed with the wires very high as instructed. I've had drivers pull up at he lights to tell me my brake lights flickering almost non-stop! I've disconnected as more dangerous than not having it.
