Once they get your email, you are spammed relentlessly daily regarding “10 more discount codes left” “50% off”, even after you buy, and you can bet they are selling your info. The phone number on their website rings and answers to a dead line. When I emailed Support, I was given a generic email that basically says you are on your own! Faulty units - absence of customer service. Unit does not work properly; tried to talk to tech support one unhelpful response. Now ten days of no responses. Referred as a dispute through PayPal. I note that they are bringing out a new unit - I would avoid it like the proverbial!
