Faulty units - absence of customer service. Unit does not work properly; tried to talk to tech support one unhelpful response. Now ten days of no responses. Referred as a dispute through PayPal. I note that they are bringing out a new unit - I would avoid it like the proverbial!

Impressive customer services ST2 customers services were quick to respond, totally understanding of my situation and were equally quick to reimburse me for a product that was gifted to me as a duplicate. Thanks to Philippe for a clear and helpful correspondence in resolving this matter.

Turn system Turn system - great, works even better than expected, 5 stars Brake module - first installation i had the brake light continously turning on. Contacted support and they gave me some tips - a bit of fine tuning and a foam pad under the device made it work great. It would be nice if this was tuned in the factory so i give it 4 stars. It does now what it should, and especially at the price they offer it i can recommend it. If it was more expensive I would not buy it. Overall 4 stars

The company offers no support The company offers no support, after trolling you for your email address by offering to send you via email the results of your comparability test to see if their product will fit your motorcycle. Once they get your email, you are spammed relentlessly daily regarding “10 more discount codes left” “50% off”, even after you buy, and you can bet they are selling your info. The phone number on their website rings and answers to a dead line. When I emailed Support, I was given a generic email that basically says you are on your own! Documented my install on my Yamaha YZF-R1M of this crap product and company. Countless hours trying to figure this out, with no help from crap-systems.com. Brake unit too sensitive! I ordered this from NZ, took about 3 weeks to arrive, no problems there. Fitted correctly, but I've found the sensor is much too sensitive. Brake light flashing almost continuously even though I've installed with the wires very high as instructed. I've had drivers pull up at he lights to tell me my brake lights flickering almost non-stop! I've disconnected as more dangerous than not having it.
