Exceptional, friendly, honest customer service AND a great tablet I ordered a tablet for my boyfriend for Christmas and they were clear on delivery time. When I asked if it could sent earlier, a few days before I needed it, they sent in express delivery for no extra charge. Martin has always been extremely helpful and friendly and gets back to our emails in a flash! The tablet is ace, I dont know why people spend hundreds of pounds on them when the neoCore does exactly the same at the rest of them. Highly recommend.

They care about customers I've sent about 10 email with questions how to use my new tablet . They answered very quickly and polite.

Poor service. Item unknown. Ordered tablet. Day 9 (working day 5) it's at the opposite end of the country. I know that as after day 7 and an email to customer service I was supplied with the correct tracking link (with no explanation) as opposed to an usable one on confirmation. Shoddy. Wish I'd just bought a Samsung on Amazon, I guess there's a reason people don't search for British alternatives.
