instant delivery and high quility goods a friend recommend trait tech to me one year ago,and now i have became a loyal client to them .and i never think about change supplier for their high efficient work!

Crap product, crap customer service! I recently ordered a phone case for my Samsung Galaxy 4S mini. The case took 4 weeks to arrive by which time I had to get an alternate. When it finally arrived, it didn't fit! I immediately contacted customer service with a photo clearly showing that there was a problem. After a couple of days of no response, I wrote back again. This time there was a response but with a request I now send a video to show them the issue!!! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous from a customer service department, especially over a cheap phone case. I have thrown away the case and will never be doing business with TraitTech again.

I got another product than I ordered I orderede a special carphone holder for my samsung galaxy S, but received a universal carphone holder.. They said that I would get the correct one on my next order... I dont dear to try order from them again..

Junk Garbage and Non-Acceptable I had ordered 10 PS3 Controllers from them and received them brand new in packaging. As i opened the first one it was problematic, as the second one was as the third one was, i dare not open anymore. I would NEVER recommend them. STAY FAR AWAY from this company and save your self the headache.
