It's a scam It's a scam. I ordered a switch, they billed me, then 10 days later canceled my order and did not refund me. Email contact they provided me was a fake email, did not receive a refund.

I also got scammed I also got scammed. I was told I would be refunded, but nothing yet. It has been well past 1-3 business days. If you're reading this, gizxea, I will be filing a report and pressing charges. Edit: I just got the refund, two weeks later. Still a sh-tty way to run a business.

Poor experience Told me they needed to wait for stock, then cancelled and claimed they had refunded. Stopped answering emails. Did not receive refund.
